"Beautiful house in a quiet area. Luxurious accommodation with incredible facilities and a really beautiful outdoor private pool. The indoor thermal pool was an additional luxury great to cool off after hot days in the sun or to use when the rain came. We didn’t pay to have it heated. The kids loved them both as did we. We even used the indoor gym equipment ! Good way to work off all the lovely food and drink. You do really need a car to get to the local shops, restaurants, and beaches. One...

"Amazing views from this home! Very nice kitchen that we used to cook a few meals over the Christmas holiday. Beautiful sunny weather in Taormina in December and spent time out on the South patio in the sun. Town of Taormina was very nice and could either drive down to parking garage just outside of town or could walk to town in 12 min. Good food in Taormina and many restaurants were open over the holidays. Very pleased with our stay at Villa La Gorgone!"

Communication before, during and after our stay was perfect: complete but not overly intrusive. The home was clean and elegant. The layout of 4 separate bedrooms and bathrooms gives each room privacy, while the common living areas are conducive to socialising with friends or family. "The views from this property were lovely. The pool and outdoor kitchen were great fun. Lovely garden also. This was a great location with easy travel time from the airport and a good base to explore the area. Fiumefreddo itself was not much to speak of. I would recommend this villa for a family holiday but a car is essential."

"We have stayed at this villa for one week in October sharing it with 25 people - all friends and family. It is a very unique property: the setting is farm-like (in the middle of a lemon tree grove) and the grounds are well-maintained and very spacious with two pool areas and a garden terrace for meals.
