"After a 12 hour trip from Stromboli due to rough seas we were worried we would not be able to check in as we would not attive till gone midnight. On contacting Lorenzo he said this was not a problem. On arrival everything was perfect with even a bottle of fizz waiting for us, a very nice touch.
