"Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We were able to check in quite early since our flight arrived at 9am Lisbon time and technically check in wasn't until 3pm. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the clay pots that were available for use during our stay. Each floor had a coffee/tea area which was convenient. The hotel was in the perfect spot. We were able to walk to quite a few locations. Also, there was Lime/Bolt scooters readily available just out the main doors. Our dinner was amazing at Mojjo. It helped us to translate the menu into Portuguese, however, if you are ordering make sure you show the item in Portuguese as it does not translate the best and our waiter was a little confused. The desserts were the best that we had throughout our whole trip. The hotel was perfect. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have TV in the room so we could watch Premiere League/La Liga during our stay. But all in all, would definitely recommend or stay there again!"

"The hotel was really good for the price. About a 15 minute walk to the main attractions. Breakfast was amazing and they have underground parking for a small cost per day. The front desk Andrea was very helpful and when above and beyond to make our stay special. "
