This 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse is overlooking the Folly river for some of the best sunsets in the Charleston area! The unit is only 2 doors down from the pool and dock access so you have the convent location without the noise. The dock features a large pier head as well as a large floating dock. The pool also looks over the beautiful marsh and Folly River. It is a short walk to the beach as well as Restaurants and shopping. There is a garage as well as a carport just outside the garage which will fit 2 cars. ****Contact owner about off season monthly rate****

We will definitely rent again. Clean, convenient to downtown and beach, fishing and sunbathing ready, reading on the porch, really comfortable beds - it was all wonderful!

Great location
Great location really near the beach and restaurants. The house was as described on the website, and nicer than the photos make it look. Very comfortable and easy, with lovely views over the river and access onto the fishing jetty. Pool is good too.

Location is great, 10 minute walk to restaurants and beach which is great, but the condo really needs to be cleaned the carpet was so dirty with stains everywhere and the furniture that was in living room needs cleaned or replaced, with that being said the beds were clean and very comfortable and condo was very spacious.

Nice unit with a good view of the waterway. We had 3 couples and 3 baths was a plus. Kitchen was lacking in utensils ie pots, pans, cups etc. Luckily we brought a big pot for our low country boil.

Nice quiet units with fantastic views. Clean, appropriately updated unit with good appliances. Not overly cluttered kitchen with plenty of necessary amenities yet still room for your groceries. Garage with code was a huge plus. The three of us ladies felt very safe here!

Nice place, great river views
Nice place, wonderful views. Not the most well equipped place we've stayed. Kitchen could use more pans (cookie sheet, Muffin tin, Scissors) Beds are memory foam just as an FYI. Overall a nice stay for a few days. Close to all the folly restaurants which are about half a mile away. Would be easily walkable in good weather.

Location is great
Location is great and it was nice to have pool access but I wouldn’t stay here again. Disappointed in the cleanliness. Carpets were terribly stained, beds were awful, AC had to be set on 72 so we were hot, and deck furniture was broken and deck was so dirty. For the amount of money spent it honestly seems disrespectful to us who are paying so much money for minor fixes and home keep up of the homeowners.

Thank you for the use of your condo. We found a few things that might need your attention. 1. The shower head in the master bath leaked. When we turned it on water would go everywhere even when the door was closed. Dripping from the ceiling and all over the counter. 2. The fan in the other upstairs bedroom was making a lot of noise so it was not used. 3. The shower door in the downstairs bathroom kept falling off the track. Thank you again for letting us stay. Needs a Complete Update
Positives: - The view Negatives: No blow dryer, no hangers, light bulbs were out in hallway, outside front door, bathroom(upstairs). Huge stain on the downstairs bedroom carpet. Covered by a rug, but I kept tripping over it, so I stored it in the closet until checkout. Upstairs bathroom sink in Master Bedroom was slow to drain; Downstairs bathroom, shower door came off the track. Furniture worn, especially the kitchen stools. Expensive for what you are getting. There are so many other places that look better for the price. We would not rent this townhouse again.

Great Location
We have rented other units in this complex in this past. This particular unit was not nearly as nice/up to date or well appointed as the others, though the cost was the same. There are some much needed updates. It rained a lot while we were there and water was pouring into the screened porch due to some poor/old caulking. The master bathroom sink did not drain very well (also noted in a previous review). The kitchen is lacking in cookware, etc. and overall the furnishings need an update-the table and chairs shown in the picture on the porch do not exist. One major necessity that is missing is a hose for the outdoor faucet, making it impossible to clean sand off of anything (or person). The location is great, though, which is why we rented it. The views are outstanding as well. With a little TLC, it could be 5 star all around.

Slightly Disappointing
This is our second year staying at the property. I guess I thought things I like broken patio furniture would be replaced after a year but it wasn’t. Fan and light in upstairs guest room were not functioning so my kids had a hard time falling asleep. The blinds were also broken in that room and the broken piece was just laying there. The property was somewhat clean but we found hair in the tubs and the carpet is terribly stained. I couldn’t use the tub downstairs or in the upstairs guest room to bathe my children because they did not have a way to stop the drain. We also found trash under the master bed that wasn’t from us. The location is perfect and generally it’s an okay place to stay. It’s just disappointing to see minor things they do not do to attempt to improve the cleanliness and function of the house. The hand towel holder fell off and hit my son in the head.

The property was beautiful. The unit could use a bit of an update and it looked like it had been a while since the cleaning had taken place. Shower head in the master bath needs to be replaced. Overall we and the best time and will return.
