The location was amazing. Being able to walk from the patio to the beach was the best part of our trip. It was a little far from the center of town where all the restaurants are but that made it nice and quiet. The people staying in the other units on the property were friendly.

Spectacular time!
We stayed for the weekend and I ran the Cooper River Bridge Run. Easy proximity to downtown Charleston, great location right on the water, plenty of inside and outside space. We would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding location
We have stayed here several times. The location is outstanding. We loved walking on the beach each day as well as the proximity to downtown Folly and resources like grocery, etc. We will be back again.

Doesn't have to new big to be beautiful. Tastefully decorated and beds are very comfortable.
Great experience, even considering the craziness of the Coronavirus and restaurants and the beach closing. Got to visit Charleston too just in time.

Perfect Location
Seascape-Cabana Blue is PERFECTLY located on Folly Beach! We loved walking out the door and down the beach access walkway right to the beach! We also loved the fact that we were far enough away from the main public beach access down near the pier-which was jam packed! We enjoyed the family atmosphere. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our short beach vacation.

Exactly What We Wanted!
Perfect! Being right on the beach was exactly what we were looking for! The house is great for 2-4 people, which was perfect for myself, 2 sisters and my mom. Being so close to all the action in town was great, too! This was our first visit to Folly and we loved it!

Great location! Right on a beautiful uncrowded section of beach. About a mile walk into town, but very doable. Well appointed space, lacking nothing. The sofa bed does need to be updated as it is in rough shape but overall a great stay. Thank you!

Property looked just like the photos on line. We loved the views from the windows and walking out onto the beach. Showers were hot and there was plenty of bathroom space for 3 women to get ready at one time. We definitely will be back!

Phenomenal location, exactly as described!
Loved our stay here. Spacious property exactly as pictured—lots of open space in the kitchen/dining area. Deck and chairs are great for morning coffee. Is just a mile down from Pier which is a GREAT thing—perfect morning beach walks, not crowded this time of year. Weather was dicey so we never walked into town, but could have. Beds were amazing, fresh linens, bath toiletries, and plenty of towels—we needed to bring nothing. Kitchen was well appointed, we cooked daily breakfast, and fridge was immaculate. Easy checkin and simple checkout. Would love to stay here again!

Items you need to bring…
Property is lovely with amazing view. I recommend bringing the following: kitchen towels, beach towels, beach chairs, blankets (no blankets on bed only a thin coverlet, no blankets at all in unit) and most importantly decent toilet paper!! Be prepared for traffic to get into Folly Beach (2 lane road)..we were there on Easter Weekend but not sure if it is as busy at other times. The bottom is one unit, the 2 window doors is one unit (the one we stayed in) and the couples unit is on the right side. 1 mile walk to pier on flat beach is very easy. We loved the place. :)

We loved our stay at Cabana Blue.
Perfect property for our family of four. We were right on the beach and enjoyed watching people and dolphins from our balcony. Our only issue was that the keys to the property were not in the arrivals lock box when we arrived. We called the after hours number for assistance and were on hold for over 15 minutes before speaking to someone. Property management quickly remedied the situation once we were able to leave a message. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Description not telling full truth
You are not renting the house, you are renting 1/3 of the house. This house is made into 3 separate rentals listed separately. Description did not mention this. We have twi boys so wanted to rent a house so we didnt have to worry about noise and us coming and going. Was a nice clean place and it is right on the beach. Would stay here again, just would of been nice to know up front sharing house with others.

Lovely oceanfront stay
We loved our stay! Small, comfortable house right on the beach. A little tricky figuring out how to get into the house at first, but the property managers called me back immediately (it was after hours) and explained what to do. Our only problem was with the linen service. A couple of pillows didn’t have pillowcases and the king bed only had a top sheet—no fitted sheet. I thought that I texted the property managers, but had the wrong number, so they didn’t have the opportunity to remedy! We would absolutely stay at this lovely house again!

Our family was very comfortable in the space. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The only improvements I can suggest would be upgrade the televisions with smart tvs. It would be nice to relax after a long day in the sun to watch some Netflix with the family. Also you could quicken the check-in/out process by addding coded smart locks. Stopping to pick up and drop off keys seems archaic I’m 2022. Lastly, the deck could use some TLC. Splinters we’re a hazard. Still an amazing stay. Would definitely do it again.

Weekend at Folly
As a previous VRBO property owner, I am always quite critical of the properties we book. This one did not dissappoint! Very clean and location was great. I was unable to find a LARGE fry pan ( there were several small and medium ones). The blinds looking out to the ocean did not really work properly and were in need of some love and care. I wished there had been hand towels provided. The charcoal grill needed replacing as one leg had completely rusted and broken. The gas grill was a victim of salt air on the outside and I did not check the inside as it was being used by the others sharing the property. There were plenty of bath towels and wash clothes but no hand towels for the bathrooms. Bed was very very comfortable! Appliances were in great shape! Thanks for sharing your home. We had a great weekend!!

Awesome view, awesome place, awesome price!
This was our first visit to South Carolina and staying on an east coast beach and our trip was perfect! The location on the oceanfront was perfect for our family of five. In Seascape we were able to give the 2 bigger kids their own bedroom with twin beds and our youngest shared our room with the large king size bed with its own private bathroom. The kitchen is remodeled and fully equipped and easy to host another family, the satellite TV works well (even during a tropical storm as we found out, LOL), and the guest bathroom is also remodeled and up-to-date, very pretty. Windows opened so we could hear the ocean even though the porch is completely facing the ocean, only feet away from the deck, allowing us to maximize our beach time! Outdoor shower on deck kept indoor sand and dirt to a minimum. And for the price, we could not have been happier! We even requested a last-minute late check-out and were able to leave at 1 p.m. so we could enjoy the beach a little longer- we didn't want to leave! Everything worked well, Dunes responded promptly and was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues. I'd recommend using Dunes Properties (rented via VRBO) to anyone! Our family staying nearby was regretful using a private property, especially when their complaints of roaches went unheard!! We definitely plan to use them again for our next trip!

Seascape at Folly Beach
My sisters and I stayed in the Seascape for our annual "sisters" getaway and it was fabulous! the place was exactly what we were looking for.. with the direct beach access and the rocking chairs on the beach deck were the icing on the cake! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get away to the beach for an escape.
