Welcome to Charleston Oceanfront Villa 210! This stunning beach front condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and sand. With 2 oceanfront pools, direct beach access, breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, and nearby shops and restaurants, this property is sure to please the whole family!

The living room features comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private balcony with picturesque views amidst the soothing sounds of waves. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances is perfect for whipping up your favorite meals.

The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, porch access, and a private bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and full en suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed. While, the 4th bedroom is ideal for accommodating younger guests or additional friends with 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 & 4 share a full hallway bathroom.

Take a refreshing plunge in one of two sparkling oceanfront pools after a day of sand and sun. Direct beach access found at both pool areas.

Explore the vibrant town of Folly Beach, where endless possibilities for fun and adventure await. Discover local treasures at charming shops and boutiques, savor fresh seafood at delectable restaurants, and unwind with live music at lively bars and clubs. Take dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Historic downtown Charleston is only about a 20-25 minute drive away. Downtown Charleston offers historic tours, world-class dining and boutiques, souvenir shopping, museums and much more!

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home- 8 guests. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Other amenities include washer, dryer, keyless entry, contactless check-in, elevator for complex, central heat and air conditioning. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No grilling allowed. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. Please contact the property management company with any additional questions. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled vacation, this condo is the perfect place to stay.

NOTICE: A renovation project is expected to take place at Charleston Oceanfront Villas from September 11, 2024 - September, 2025 to replace all the oceanfront balconies. The construction will primarily occur during standard work hours on weekdays. The time frame for each individual condo having their porch replaced has already been blocked off on the calendar. This project is necessary to ensure the continued beauty and structural integrity of the building for years to come. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.

family vacation
very nice spacious condo…10 of us worked out perfectly…. easy access to pool and beach…..only 2 parking passes not good when families are coming from 3 different places…. elevators worked half the time …..night before checkout not a cart in sight…. ppl hoarding them in their rooms so they would be sure to have one in the morning… considering every thing we had a great week there and would definitely come back.

One of the major reasons we picked this condo was due to master being a king size bed, as advertised. The master was a queen and not a king. We were disappointed, as I am pregnant and we were hoping for a bigger bed. Location was great!

Property was as presented. There were only two concerns: in several of the outlets, at least in the master bedroom suite, they sparked when we plugged items in. Also, the outdoor location of bathrooms were sparse in general for the condos and the entire town. The ones that were available were not clearly marked. And, in almost every case we had to ask someone where we could go to the bathroom. This may be a local issue. Not sure. But it is obvious to outsiders that something has gone on. Other than that, the beach was great! The beach chair rental experience was convenient and so affordable! We ate across the street at that restaurant and it was great; food and entertainment. We also ate at Blu. The food was wonderful. We enjoyed the many shops down the little strip. We went into Charleston and shopped around King Street, ate at taco bar, saw Toto & Journey at the coliseum where we danced the night away. Overall, our visit was outstanding!
