Folly Beach Pier is less than one mile away, so you can fish, sail, and paddleboard to your heart's delight. For history buffs, the Old South Carriage Company, Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum, and Fort Sumter National Monuments are all great places to tour. Fantastic golfing, shopping, and local eateries are nearby to entertain everyone in your group. I believe the stay was great. We got early check in, the parking passes were easy to get, great instructions on what to do and overall i loved the place. The only issue was one of the toilet paper holders in one of the bathrooms was loose but thats sooooo minor

Perfect for a family with easy beach access
Condo layout is great for a family- threez bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms, and a great family space. Easy walk to the beach but recommend driving or using a wagon if taking enough for a family beach day. Check in and check out are quick and easy. Resort pool is small but enough for relaxing, and kids loved it. Condo was clean and appropriately appointed. Balcony view is limited due to construction, but the screened in porch is very nice and peaceful.

Just what we needed
3 of us on this trip. Plenty of space and only 3/4 a mile walk to the beach; a lovely morning stroll! Relatively short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was GREAT value! (Not sure how to get into the pool area though. Didn't find clear instructions.)

Great condo near the beach!
Our extended family of 5 found ourselves surprised by the size of the condo. It really feels larger than expected. Our grandson also really enjoyed the extra beach toys and games provided by the homeowner. The location and proximity to the Center Street restaurants and the beach was great for us. The staff at Vacasa were friendly and welcoming and had the property cleaned and set up wonderfully.

Tastefully Appointed Condo, Relaxing Vacation
The condo was clean, modern, and tastefully decorated, plus equipped with all that we needed for our stay (we brought our own beach chairs). It is located across the causeway from the center of town/beach, and we could conveniently walk across when we didn't want to drive and have to find parking (we were okay walking the 1/2 mile or so). Though the complex is right on the main road and the pool is small, we had a relaxing, quiet stay and thought the pool was lovely.

Beach trip
The condo itself was great. We didn’t realize there was no elevator or we would have kept looking as one of the group has knee problems. Don’t list water views anymore because new homes have been built behind the condo that blocks the view of the canals. We did have plenty of room for everyone and the beds were comfortable.

Comfortable getaway
This property was within walking distance to the beach and a short drive the Charleston.. Had everything we needed for a comfortable property. Everything room had its own bathroom. Clean in the public space. Screened in porch was lovely. Comfy mattress & lots of pillows. Pool on property. Cons: you need to be able to climb stairs to get to the condo. You can faintly hear some road noise.

Folly Beach Vacation
The unit's central air conditioning was broke, so they had two portable air conditioners in the unit. One in the front bedroom which made it nice and cool. The one in the back of the condo, the exhaust hose had been duct taped on a couple of times, you could tell, but kept falling off - so back of condo was hot. Not comfortable at all. We also did not have a code to get in the pool, so we had to contact Vacasa to get the code which was a hassle.

3 stars because the unit seems to be fairly updated, flooring, paint, comfy beds. The mildew smell is overwhelming. Mold in dishwasher, fridge didn’t work. Major plumbing problems. We eventually had to move to a different place, but complained persistently so all the problems should be taken care of before the next renter. We were able to get a 50% refund from Vacasa, but not worth the hassle!

Loved our stay at Folly Beach Condo!
The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, beds comfortable -- what more could you want? The location was very close to Folly Beach and the restaurants there. We had such a great time. Coffee on the screened in porch in the morning was peaceful with a nice view of the marsh. Would love to stay again!
