Quiet top floor condo nestled between two bridges with spectacular saltwater tidal views located on a friendly neighborhood road. One mile to the Folly Beach and only ten miles to Downtown Charleston.

Unwind after a day at the beach on the outdoor balcony overlooking the water spilling in and out from the ocean. Wake up with a mug of coffee or cup of tea on the balcony birdwatching. Look forward all day to doing it all over again that night, watching the sunset, changing colors between orange, pink and blue. It's like having an everchanging piece of artwork out your back door.
Sleep comfortably with two queen beds and relax in your choice of indoor or outdoor seating.
Bring your bikes (storage area provided upon request) .... there are biking lanes in both directions from the condo. One direction there is a grocery store, the other direction is Folly Beach. Water views and bridges in both directions.
Across the street are kayak and paddleboard rentals, a fresh seafood market and a seafood restaurant on the water.

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, full sized fridge with ice maker and dishwasher. Full size clothes washer and dryer.

Condo has everything you need to have an enjoyable carefree vacation such as cotton sheets, fluffy bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents, wireless internet, air conditioning, beach chairs and beverage cooler are all included.

Free assigned covered parking under the building for up to two cars; no boats allowed. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

Condo does NOT have an elevator and has 45 steps or 4 flights to the top floor.

Wonderful oasis in Charleston area
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a very quiet building, with good access to downtown and to the beach. We loved waking up each morning to find if the area was experiencing low tide or high tide. This is not an oceanfront property, but we actually enjoyed the view of the tidal area even more than the ocean. We hope to return someday.

Very convenient condo with quick access down the road to Folly. Nice two bedroom that was clean with everything a kitchen needs. Balcony was nice for morning coffee overlooking the marsh.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect, just minutes from Folly Beach. It is on the 3rd floor so be prepared to get your exercise going up and down, which does become easier over time. :)

We had a short 3 day girls trip in November- ideal location 1.3 miles away from Folly Beach, near a great restaurant, Lolos, close to Charleston and Kiawah Island. We brought our bikes and found several trails. We found the owner very responsive to questions/concerns

We spontaneously decided to go to Folly Beach Island during prime vacation time, and we were very pleased with staying at The Folly. It is conveniently located between the bridge to Charleston and beautiful Folly Beach. We were unfamiliar of the area and had a great time!! Our condo was immaculate and had everything we needed!! Condo was super clean and inviting. Easy to find, easy check in, easy communication with host and assigned covered parking was much appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and everything about the condo was great. It was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was excellent, being a very short drive to the beach, but in a quiet, relaxing area. It is also close to numerous restaurants and grocery stores along Folly Road. Also, the designated covered parking and storage area was a huge plus. We do plan to come back and would definitely like to stay here again! Thank you for making our vacation as comfortable as possible!

Short Trip
When I first booked the property, I expected to be closer to the water- or have clear views of the water from the back deck at least. We did have some views of some water, but not what I expected. We were only here a couple of days so it wasn't a big deal. The parking was adequate and we were just a short drive to Charleston. It was a nice property and it fit our needs for the trip.

Quick getaway
Cute condo! Had everything you needed. Master bedroom could use a blackout curtain as the parking lot lights shine right in. Master bed and pillows were very firm. Master shower wouldn’t come on all the way. Water pressure lacking due to pulley not able to secure in place. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed, clean linens and such. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Comfy couch.
