Outdoor highlights include a private back yard with a shady patio, perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Inside, you’ll find lots of color, unique artwork - check out the skateboards - and plenty of space to gather in the open, light-filled space. Whip up a meal or snack in the full kitchen, then take your pick of several bar-style seating areas or sit down for a more formal meal at the window-front table. When it’s time to venture out, you’re around a half-mile from all the shops, restaurants, and bars of Center Street.

When you return, spend the evening relaxing in the central AC. Entertainment options include free WiFi and four streaming-capable TVs, so everyone will find something to watch. End the night in one of the well-appointed bedrooms - another perfect Folly Beach day awaits tomorrow.

Great place at Folly beach! Very clean. Steps away from the beach. We had an issue with a bathtub drain backing up and the issue was quickly addressed.

Perfect Location for Beach Lovers
This house has been renovated and decorated beautifully!! It is wonderfully spacious for family gatherings. The 2nd floor bedroom/living room/bathroom area are such a nice bonus. The walk to the beach is just a minute or two and the walk to the restaurants and grocery is so convenient. My only suggestion for improvement is a few more kitchen items; spatula, more silverware and a glass baking dish or casserole dish. We would definitely stay here again on our next Folly Beach visit.

Just Perfect
We were down in SC to move my daughter out of her dorm and love Folly so decided to stay a few extra days. The location is fantastic. The beach and town are very walkable. The house was perfect for us. Having my own a separate space ( second floor bedroom/bathroom)was an added bonus I hadn't realized. The pink kitchen has everything we needed and we loved the color scheme. We will definitely try to book again.

Great location!!
This was the perfect location for our family trip. We loved the short walk to the beach and the walk to restaurants was not bad either. The house was very clean too. The property management would not let us check in early which was a bummer. There is also no grill which was also a disappointment since we brought stuff to grill for dinner. The batteries in remotes/trash can also didnt work but luckily we brought extra batteries to get the tv controlers to work. Overall, we really liked this house and would highly recommend it!

Loved being 1 block from beach. This is a clean home but I feel like I need to add the following. 7 out of 10 for refurbishing older home. Vinal flooring was nice but uneven. TV difficult to use but we don’t watch much anyway maybe that’s why. Chairs around dining room folding table need attention. The loft bedroom upstairs was nice and the bed was comfortable. One guest room bed was uncomfortable. We enjoyed eating at the wash out restaurant and the Lost Dog Cafe.

Great location!
This house is wonderful for 1 or 2 families. Very short walk to the beach and there were chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards to use. Remember your own beach towels though!

Spacious with everything you need!
Checkin was easy as a code was emailed to me to unlock the door. First thing I noticed when opening the door, no smell. It’s nice to go to a rental with a clean neutral smell. House was way bigger than I thought, upstairs master suite was great. You could easily get two families in there, would be great for big groups. Thank you!

Great place for family and friends!
The house was perfect for our group to celebrate Thanksgiving! The open space lent itself for the perfect gathering space Right across the street from the beach. Perfect for our surfing group and shark teeth hunters. Close to the park for the kids to ride their bikes. Awesome decor, too. We loved it!

I have stayed at multiple Vacasa properties over the years and this place is just fabulous. Folly Beach itself is a very special place and to keep this low country charm at surf bungalow was a great idea.
