Charleston Folly Beach Beach Oceanfront Condo

For the summer season, rentals are 7 days Sunday to Sunday (no fighting Saturday traffic getting in and out).
This is a top floor oceanfront condo with views all the way down to Kiawah. There are 2 parts to the balcony, glass enclosed and open with access from the living room and master bedroom. The master bath has double sinks and a jacuzzi tub. The other bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and dressers and the 3rd has 2 twin beds. The living room had a 42 inch LCD TV with DVD and satellite. The unit has all appliances, central HVAC, a covered parking spot, dining for 6, and ceiling fans throughout. The elevator opens right in front of the entry door. A storage room is in the parking lot. Linens and towels are provided and there is a laundry room with a front loading washer/dryer set. Trash and recycling are in the parking lot.
Seacoast Villas is only 2 blocks from the restaurants, bars, shops, and pier. It is close to downtown Charleston, James Island County Park, and the municipal golf course. WIFI is provided. Smoking is allowed outside the unit only. No pets.
Checkout time is 10:30 AM and checkin time is 4 PM.

Incredible place to stay. This was our first time to Folly Beach, and we absolutely loved this condo. So much room, we stayed in a few nights and enjoyed cooking in and eating dinner on the awesome decks watching the sunset.

This property was perfect for our family! It is much bigger than the pictures present. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach and being able to sit on the balcony and hear the ocean. The balcony is on the pelican route, we couldn't believe how close they flew. It was very cool to watch! Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back!

Amazing condo that has it all: extreme comfort, lots of space, cleanliness, killer views, and convenient location to everything. I can't imagine how this condo can be beat for a place to stay at Folly Beach plus it has an elevator! Great communication with friendly owner. comfortable beach front condo
This is a great property. Very quiet place with few people. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops and just steps to the beach. I would recommend this property to all. Great view of the ocean.

Absolutely amazing!
This top floor unit was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The owner provided so many extras. All of the furniture and mattresses were very comfortable. A good mattress is so important. The location was great and the check in process was seamless. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Folly Beach.
