QUIET HOURS.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
PETS
The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. If the Guest is found to have smoked inside the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
FOLLY BEACH SHORT TERM RENTAL RULES
Guest is required to follow Folly Beach rules for short term rentals. Any violation of rules, which results in a formal violation issued to homeowner will result in a $500 fine.
ELEVATOR
must be is found in working / functioning order (minus mechanical / equipment failures). This includes improper use / improper stoppage of elevator and leaving the inner gate open (thus causing system lockout). If elevator is not found in working order, a repair fee of $175 (charged at cost) will be deducted from damage deposit.
