Condominium building located in the Follonica district called Salciaina, in the southern area of ​​the city, a stone's throw from the Levante Pine Forest and the sea, where you can find both the free and equipped beach. The neighborhood is typically seasonal and full of services of all kinds, supermarket, grocery, tobacconist, bazaar and pharmacy. The long avenue of the pine forest invites you to a pleasant walk which, in a few minutes, will lead you to the city centre. The location is great.
Anemone is located on the second floor with double elevators. This cozy apartment offers you a combination of modern comforts and welcoming spaces, creating the perfect setting for your holiday.
It is composed of a kitchen, a double bedroom with the addition of a bunk bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The highlight is the living terrace with TV and a large table which becomes the ideal place to relax during the day and enjoy outdoor meals.
The apartment also includes a reserved parking space in the condominium courtyard, accessible via an electric barrier, offering security and convenience during your stay.
Linen is not supplied, only on specific request.
