Upstairs, landing bedroom (not closed) with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a 140 x 70 cm child's bed and a small bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds.

The 19m² terrace is covered and equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
The enclosed 3,000m² plot offers a secure pond and a portico. Private parking secured by a gate.
