Chillin on the Rez 6 Bedroom 3 Bath Waterfront Retreat on the Rez with Boat Slip

A peaceful place to relax on the Ross R. Barnett Reservoir. It is .25 mile to a boat launch and 1 mi. to a beach area at Lakeshore Park. The driveway/carport can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Boats are welcome.
This is a quiet, kid friendly residential neighborhood. The house accommodates 14 people. We offer a large living room with a smart TV, down master and up master have a smart TV. Free wifi. Relax on the two back porches and backyard. For long or short term stays.

With 9 beds, 3 full baths and lots of space throughout, you can truly relax and enjoy your time in New Brandon. The cozy living room has very comfortable seating plus open to the dining and kitchen. The downstairs and upstairs master bedrooms have a king sized bed with a memory foam mattress and a large smart TV. The other three beds are queens. The other room has two bunk beds. The bathrooms are spacious and have a lot of storage and counter space for you to place your personal items in plus towels and soaps. There is plenty of gathering space to eat, play games, watch TV, or just hang out. We offer two nice back porches - one up and one down - in the private backyard with seating.

Perfect Place
Our family of 10 enjoyed this house over the Christmas holidays. The mattresses in the six bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable. Sitting area was comfortable and a great size for us to be together. Large TV in the sitting room. We used the outside fire pit one night and listened to Christmas music. Great outside area!
