He reached out after we arrived to see if we needed anything and very responsive to any requests we had. There was a mix up with the cleaning service he used and all of the towels were still wet and although we found some dry towels still in the dryer Austin dropped off more for us just in case. "Our unit had a stunning view of Pikes Peak and we enjoyed morning coffee on our balcony watching the sun rise. All appointments in the unit were of excellent quality. When I notified the property manager of a broken blind and fan, I received an immediate response. One bathroom was a bit if a challenge for 4 seniors. "

The host thought of every comfort detail, from signs that point out the variety of pillows available for comfortable sleep to a basket on the table with the fixings for a pasta dinner on the house. We also needed an emergency night added on and the host responded immediately and accommodated. The location is so convenient and safe. We would stay again and highly recommend! "
