"It was the only place in that area that had a sand beach with a beautiful layout. Even the outdoor bathrooms were so clean and pretty. The breakfast was amazing and the service fantastic. We stayed in one of the apartment style rooms. Would absolutely recommend this place and would go here again!"

"We stayed at the villa for two weeks for a family holiday (2 adults and three children). The villa was great! Amazing and well-kept garden with a huge swimming pool! The villa is situated outside Floridia (approx 5-10 min drive) where there are shops and supermarkets. It was close by car to several great places to visit, Syracuse, Noto, Avola, Ragusa, Marzamemi, and our favorite beach in South Sicily Spiaggia Carratois. All these within 20-60 min drive. "Full of character (with a museum in the basement). Close to restaurants and other sights (the cathedral/museums etc...). Self catering in rooms is basic - better to eat out. About 120 Euro taxi ride from Catania airport. Reception is not 24/7 so arriving out of hours needs some advance planning. Reception staff are very helpful. Ortigia itself is tiny and you can walk everywhere. Don't forget your afternoon siestas. "
