Lovely stay near Santo Spirito
I am going to miss this sweet apartment. There is not enough space to accurately describe how much I enjoyed my stay here. Silvia and Guido are wonderful hosts. You will not be disappointed.

It’s a quaint little place.
Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The location was good. We even walked from the tram with our luggage. The hardest part was the bumpy roads. There’s a lot of construction going on but we managed through it. We slept great and were pleased with our stay.

The hosts for this property were very responsive on the one occasion the internet was down so we could not open the doors (after a storm) but fixed the issue for us within 5 minutes. The apartment was clean and comfortable, stocked with the basics and very close to all the attractions, with grocery stores and restaurants close by. We would highly recommend to others!

Florence Apartment
It was in a great location and close to everything. However it was very cramped and we sat side saddle on the toilet (quite a laugh) and there were silver fish in the bidet and bathtub which was a bit freaky. Nobody told us about two flights of very narrow stone steps to reach the apartment. On the whole and for the price it was all we needed.

Nice space in Florence
A lovely space in Florence with a well stocked kitchen and bathroom and comfortable bed. Owners allowed us to use their bikes. Near good restaurants and within walking distance to main attractions in Florence.

A lovely apartment in a great neighborhood
I stayed at Sitornino for a week in October. The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished—I had everything I needed to live comfortably. It’s location in Santo Spirito is a real plus—only a short walk from the Piazza Pitti and the Ponte Vecchio, but in a real neighborhood, with shops, restaurants, and a daily market in the Piazza Santo Spirito. I loved my time there and Silvia and Guido couldn’t have been nicer.

Perfect Efficiency in the heart of Florence
My Wife and I landed in Florence at 7AM on the first day of our first trip to Italy. What a joy and relief it was to have access to our unit after 12+ hours of flying! Our apartment contained everything we needed, and we were within walking distance of many of the most beautiful sights of Florence! Italy is not for the faint of heart. We are very fit people and we walked all over the city. If you want to walk the streets and experience the real Florence, I highly recommend this place!

Cozy flat in great neighbourhood!
Silvia and Guido were such wonderful and accommodating hosts. The flat is perfect for a couple or a single looking for a place to stay in a cool neighbourhood, with amazing restaurants and bars close by, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, but away from the noise of the downtown centre.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The suite was very clean and well stocked. It was also very close to most of the main attractions. We walked everywhere including to the train stations. Silvia was ver responsive and helpful. We Loved our stay and would highly recommend this location.

Perfect for a Florence Holiday
Compact but perfectly formed. The apartment has everything you could possible need as the owner has thought of everything. Sparkling clean and the location makes it easy to walk everywhere. Loved it!

Gorgeous and well situated
We loved our stay in the Sitornino apartment! The appartment is exactly as advertised... beautifully decorated and with all of the comforts of home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was also within easy walking distance of all of the major attractions. The charming Piazza Santo Spirito, with several terrific restaurants and a very cool nightlife vibe, is just steps away. The property owners were easy to contact and provided a very thorough pdf document filled with valuable information weeks before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Apartment for Short or long stay.. easy access with a car with parking outside city.
Silvia’s apartment was a wonderful stay for us during our quick two nights in Florence, but would also be perfect for a long term stay for up to three people. It is an easy walk from the main train station of 20 minutes or you can take a bus from the station to the Pitti Palace which is just around the corner at 5 min walk. If you have a car, park at the Villa Constanza lot outside of Florence and take the tram in to the Stazione Santa Maria Novella, then walk or transfer to the bus. The parking at Villa Costanza was 24 hours open and cost only 7 euros a day. Very easy and a 20 minute ride into the city. The apartment has wonderful airconditioning which was perfect for the heat during our stay and a very strong internet connection. Coffee was available and there is a small fridge and a stove for cooking if you choose. However, there are great restaurants right around the corner and a lovely bar just two blocks away where you can grab a coffee and breakfast in the morning or sand which for lunch. This is a great place to stay in Florence to easily see the sites b y walking,

Great host, Apartment/Lication and City!
Lever urging everyone has said about Florence (Firenze) or Tuscany was true! Our vision was to stay just outside the hustle/bustle but close you could get there in minutes. This apartment gave us that and some incredible local experiences we will never forget. Firstly the host was incredible from the time we booked until the time we left. The apartment came with a PC which was an incredible feature to research directions/menus and just local history overall. The apartment even came with bicycles which were an amazing treat for an early evening ride. I don’t have to mention the beautiful decor nor brilliance of air in 35 degree heat but I will! The city is incredible and views are like a picture each time your camera goes off! We also did a small vineyard tour which gave us such incredible insight and appreciation for the country, it’s wine/olives/vinigars etc. We had dinner at L’Raddi, recommended by our host and can’t say enough about the location, food and service (nor the history we learnt on Florentine Football- go white team go!). Overall this partmwnt made all our Florentine wishes come true! If you believe in reviews you will trust us and stay here!!!
