It was amazing stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The check in and check out process is fast. The room is clean and comfortable. They also provide towels and hairdryer.

This has gotta be the best hostel I’ve stayed in! Super clean, nice staff (except one older woman who had an attitude for some reason, but I found that very typical in Italy), they have sunset yoga on the rooftop which is cool. The crowd is also good!

The superhero/comic book theme was a surprise, but who doesn’t want a gold bathroom and a portrait of Thor above the bed?! This place is simple, yet fun. The staff are professional and friendly. The breakfast offers a good range of foods and nice coffee. What more do you need?

Not going back there
The room felt really old and dirty. The bathroom was terrible, it wasn't dirty but definitely need renovation, looked extremely old. The hallway was big but the carpet was super dirty. The kitchen was well equipped, except for the stove, it takes hours to cook there and you can use only one or two pans a at time because it's an induction stove and they only have one induction pan.... Definitely the worst part was the bed, I couldn't sleep there, wether I moved or the other guy moved the bed would shake like if it was an earthquake. I wouldn't recommend this hostel for someone who wants a good rest.

Good hostel
Basically a good hostel for people in the beginning of their 20's, also seen in the young adults partying and having fun upstairs (done by midnight and decent people, no noise disturbance). I lived there for one night, being in my 30's. For people age and who can afford it, I'd recommend to pay a few extra bucks for another place. But it's a good price with clean conditions, good breakfast buffet, close to Duomo etc, and friendly staff

Upstairs bar was still open after the "mandated" time of no yelling after 2300. They closed at midnight and was still playing loud music. Just that one small thing, but otherwise awesome.

Short and sweet
My flight landed pretty late. And I couldn’t get to the hostel until after midnight. The front desk clerk was very welcoming though, and I was able to check in with no problems, and I was very happy with the whole set-up. I only stayed one night, but I was very happy with the location and living space in general.

Bed Bugs
Found bed bugs in our room. Was given tokens to use washing machine and dryer but there was only one of each so took a while to get our stuff clean. Had to throw away everything that wasn't washable as we didn't want to infest our rental flat back home. Most staff weren't very sympathetic (the one who offered us free washing was reasonable) and didn't clean that room straight away after we found the bugs which makes me think it wasn't a priority. We were given another room on the same floor which also had bed bugs but those ones were blamed on us moving rooms. We were compensated the cost of one night but we had paid for three through Expedia. Never had a problem with bed bugs before and it was a real downer on our trip and the bites were uncomfortable (we were all covered).

Nice hostel with good amenities
Nice hostel within a short walk of the train station and main city attractions. The entrance to the hostel was warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hostel itself had a good kitchen. And the staff were always ready to help.

Consider other options
On the plus side, the l not bad, about 10 minutes walk to the duomo area. The breakfast only costs 5 euros and is worthwhile. There is also a cafe just a few doors down from the hostel which is excellent. The beds are comfortable for small people. On to the negatives, for a room I paid nearly 300 euros for 4 nights in a private room with a private bathroom. By hostel standards this isn't cheap. My room was tired, scuffed, dirty and devoid of any features except for a small dirty table. It smells really really bad. I don't know if it's a drains issue or if it they were using an industrial strength cleaner to cover up for something, but the smell is constant, overpowering and physically sickening. There are no sheet or towel changes. On day three we asked for new towels and we told they were changed every three days, we were not provided new sheets or towels for day 4. Poor show. It is noisy. Both internally with people stomping up and down the stairs to the rooftop patio (average) or up and down the sparse echoing corridors, or outside where the sounds from the children's playground way up to meet you when trying to leave the windows open to get rid of the stench in the hostel. In conclusion, stay if you have to, it isn't the worst place, but I really wish I'd have used the credit card and plumped for an extra 20 euros a night to stay somewhere better.

Stayed 2 nights, single room, two twin beds. Failed to check the bed for bed bugs during our first night. On our last night, we found several bed bugs. My younger sister had been bitten all over her arms and legs.
