I stayed here for two weeks with two of my classmates while visiting a photography school in Florence.
Upon arrival, the flat was very clean and orderly, and we were provided with everything that we needed. It is a very cosy place that feels much like a grandma's house.
The kitchen is also very functional, and we were able to cook for ourselves comfortably.
The surrounding area provides a welcoming break from the rush of tourists in the city center. There are a couple nice places to grab a coffee, get lunch or dinner, and two supermarkets all within 5 minutes walking distance.
There is also easy connection into the city, with both the T2 tram and 17 bus being within very close walking distance.
I can highly recommend grabbing some gelato at 'Gelateria SottoZero,' or an espresso and a sweet snack at 'Pasticceria Giulia.'
On the weekends there is a little market at Piazza Giacomo Puccini.
Gabriele is a gracious host, and is very easy to communicate with. She was available to answer any questions we had and was always friendly and helpful.
I can only recommend this place, and would happily stay there again when I visit Florence in the future.
