Excellent Property
Manager meant us on the night of arrival. He was very organized and followed by plane our direct arrival. Property was exactly as in pictures. I have been to Firenze over 45+ times, and this is an excellent property. Concierge downstairs. Bus stop at the corner. Restaurants a short walking distance. Center of city a lively 20+ minute walk by the Lungarno. Quiet apartment. Two bedrooms in back ha e a lovely balcony. Smaller bedroom has a private shower. Highly recommend. corner.

Fabulous Firenze
This location was most spacious and comfortable right off the Arno River and just down the street from excellent outdoor restaurants. We loved sitting out on the balcony for an early morning coffee or an evening beverage of choice. You're also a short drive away from downtown Florence historic sites, and a quick getaway to Tuscany.

Wonderful
Really spacious apartment with great air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living areas - very welcome during the week that we stayed! Very easy communication with Piero, who met us when we arrived. We tried four of his restaurant recommendations, all of which were excellent. It is a fair walk to the tourist area of Florence. We hired electric scooters a few times, so we only had to walk one way. (Download the Bird app) Great fun!

Great Stay
Loved this location. It was just outside the whole touristy vibe. Everything was very walkable and the bus was right next door. The touristy areas were so so busy that is was nice to come home to this apartment. Good area restaurants too. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment for our group
Six friends - 2 couples and 2 single women - spent 6 days in this spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a large common room and several balcony areas. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in (we made risotto for dinner one night). The location is about a 20 minute walk from the Duomo area, which is why I deducted one star - it was a very warm walk in the sun on hot days. The owner was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and patient with us checking in late as our flights got rerouted and delayed.

Great home away from home
Really enjoyed the apartment. We had hot weather so the Aircon was definite plus for a couple of us who needed to recuperate from the heat. Kitchen had everything you need and grocery shopping is nearby. parking was also a bonus, but tricky if you rented a pretty large vehicle like we did. Restaurants nearby. It is walking distance to the historic district but we took cabs easily thru taxi app to and from landmarks because we had two people in our group who use cane. The apartment has a lift, but not from carpark. Owner was very diligent with communication. He meets you in person and you pay the local occupancy tax ..which probably should be mentioned on the website. Highly recommend the apartment....just remember the extra payment when you get there.

Perfect for families
There are very few properties available for rent that can match the amount of space you get with this property. Three bedrooms with two balconies, living room and kitchen. The bedrooms can be isolated from the living areas so that adults are not keeping children awake. We traveled with our 2 and 7 year old grandchildren so this definitely came in handy. The property is located about half a mile from the city walls along the Arno river. The river is lined with pop-up restaurants and coffee shops along with playgrounds. The owners were so very helpful with questions both before our trip and during it. He gave us helpful responses including where to order a surprise birthday cake. I would not hesitate to rent this home again!

Excellent communication with the owner. Property is a bit dated but still serviceable. We enjoyed Florence so much. Take advantage of the property’s location and eat out locally. The neighbourhood restaurants are much better and more value than those in the major tourist areas. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

A really well equipped apartment very close to central Florence. Communication was very easy with Pierro and we met him at the agreed time. The apartment is well equipped and has very good air conditioning which we were very glad to use. Although we did walk into the old town a couple of times we mainly used the buses which we found to be very frequent and reliable. The bus stop is just a few metres from the front door. There is a busy road outside the apartment but it is central Florence. Pierro was quick to make suggestions for our stay and was a wonderful host. Recommended!

Beautiful apartment
We had a great stay here. The communication was very expedient and also helpful with things to do and see. The terrace was very large and we spent a lot of our time outside. Also enjoyed the other balconies in two of the bedrooms.Apartment had everything we needed in sleeping arrangements,bathrooms,kitchen etc. would highly recommend this one. Our host was very helpful and informative.

Wonderful Experience
We were three couples traveling together and this apartment was perfect for us. The three bedrooms were large and had very comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well equipped and more than met our needs. It was in a very nice area with a great balcony that overlooked the Arno. What impressed us the most though wasn't this amazing apartment but the owner, Cinzia. After we left Florance we headed to Venice for the Carnival. After our arrival there one of the couples in our group realized they left their costumes in the closet at Campo di Marti. They placed a call to Cinzia and he very graciously drove back to Florence, retrieved and packaged the costumes and shipped them overnight to Venice. Our friends received them in time for Carnival. What amazing customer service. Thank you Cinzia for a great a apartment and experience. You saved the day for our friends!

Wonderful Florence Apartment
After many busy days in Florence it was so enjoyable to relax in this lovely apartment with views of the Arno. Lots of room to socialize in the kitchen, or on the patio, or in the den. The kitchen surpassed our expectations. The bedrooms were comfortable and three bathrooms generously met our needs. Piero met us promptly and was very kind to show us around the apartment and to recommend local eateries. There were thoughtful touches all around the apartment from maps, bath bombs, writing tablets and pens, to all the personal items which made the apartment a delight.

The pictures listed are exactly the same as in person. The view of the Arno River from the patio was beautiful. The apartment was large enough for 6 adults. Piero met us at the Apartment when we arrived and went over all the details of the apartment. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

A wonderful home away from home!
We loved our week in Florence! While we walked and explored this amazing city all day, coming home to this apartment at the end of each day was the icing on the cake. From enjoying coffee and croissants each morning to ending our day playing Yahtzee and drinking wine on the balcony - this hub made our visit perfect! The home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Mr. Vannetti was very accommodating and provided great information on local activities, including transportation options. Our family will cherish the memories of our time in Florence and this apartment!

I was extremely pleased when I arrived. The apartment was very spacious and inviting. We where less than a 30 minute walk to the center of Florence. There was no need to bring anything from home except clothing. I would highly recommend this place for a visit to Florence.

this is our second stay at this property, we love our host Mr. Vannetti, he is a wonderful host and he always responds within minutes, we love the apartment and the location but the only thing was the master bathroom shower that wasn't working but there was two other bathrooms, I am sure the owner will repair the shower head, but over all the apartment was super clean when we got there, once again this was our second, we were family of 7 adults we would love to return, we simply love Florence and we love our host :)

Superb when its finished
When we arrived at the apartment we were a bit disappointed to see the whole of the front of the building clad with scaffolding and sheeting as we were only told there may be some painting going on during our stay, in fact the whole front facade is being refurbished meaning very noisy drilling and hammering dust debris etc during the day, this made use of the front terrace impossible and also any view of the river virtually nonexistent. You may think this would be a disaster but the owner gave a reasonable discount to counter these disruptions and with the rest of the apartment being so excellent this made up for it All six people in our party loved Florence and especially this apartment, it is very spacious and once the outside is finished you will be hard pressed to find a better base for sightseeing in this fantastic city. After the improvements are done I hope the cost of renting this apartment doesn’t rise because I would have no hesitation in staying at this great place again and for longer next time than the 4 nights we were there. 5 stars next time we come! Ciao
