Great location
This apartment is in a great location and easy to check in to. My only gripe is about the shared washing machine (shared use between two apartments), and the fact that the cleaner of the apartments uses the washing machine on most days for 2.5 hours; this can make it difficult to get to use the machine

Great apartment!
We enjoyed our recent stay and would book it again! The location was very convenient for the train station, groceries, and anything in the city. The apartment was exactly as advertised. The washer/dryer was very convenient!

Very clean and nice
Shower, bed and kitchen all very clean and comfortable. Location very close to train station and also to the centre. Street can be a bit noisy but not too much.

Great stay!
This apartment was fantastic! Very clean, fantastic location, communicative host. Laundry facilities were shared with one other apartment, but they were extremely courteous when we were doing laundry at the same time. I would absolutely stay here again!

Communication was instant and helpful, close to main train station, town centre was walkable, heaps of dining options nearby, bed was comfortable, entire place was spotless and clean, aircon and fan helped for those warm nights, an overall great space to stay in during your stay in Florence!

Met Our Needs Perfectly
We were looking for a place slightly away from the center of the city but close enough to walk to all the major sites and this location fit the bill. It was very clean and on a quiet street. We would definitely recommend.

It is a lovely unit, close to the station, I was not aware that the unit was second floor without a lift, shocked but not too dismayed. Some instruction in english for the washer/dryer would have been useful. All in all a great stay. Thank you Gisele and team

We enjoyed our stay in Florence at Romeo’s Place
We loved Romeo’s apartment, it is in a great location! Only 6 minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and walking distance to the major sites. The check in was very well organized. We appreciate the folder with information regarding Wi-Fi and other instructions for the apartment. Only thing you need to be aware of is that it’s on the second floor and there are stairs. It was fine for us, we would stay there again.

Some specific issues with the place but it’s in a good location and it’s comfortable. One item of note is that we were not told ahead of time that it was in a resident parking only area. We managed but it would have been good to know ahead of time.

My boyfriend and I stayed here 3 nights. We appreciated this comfortable apartment which allowed us to prepare meals and do laundry. It is nicely decorated and modern. The AC was also nice to have. Location is near the train station which was a plus with 3 big bags. Also pretty close to all the sites and desirable areas, although the immediate area is not the most trendy.

The unit was perfect for us. It was near the train and bus stations which made very convenient. It was clean and everything needed for a short stay or 5 days for us. The owner was quick to respond to questions, polite, understanding and eager to help. Thank you. There is A/C, fridge, stove and washer/dryer. Our only suggestion would be to write out instruction on how to properly use them.

Lovely apartment in great location
Lovely clean apartment that's really close to main areas in Florence. The area can get a bit noisy as there are quite a lot of drunk people hanging around outside but we still felt safe. The apartment is well equipped but could have done with a kettle to make coffee. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment close to the centre of Florence.

Location was excellent. Can walk to train and tram station, and major attractions. The apartment has been newly renovated. It is stylishly decorated. The kitchen was functional and it would be even better if there was a kettle and microwave. There is a washer machine/dryer in the corridor, which we shared with a second apartment. Overall we loved our 5 nights stay here.

Gabriel was very helpful and answered any of my questions quite quickly both before I went and after I arrived. The unit was everything it was advertised to be. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed to make myself at home. The location was excellent. A short walk to the historic district and the river. Having the washer available was very convenient and meant that I didn’t have to pack as much as I normally would. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient location.

Little gem in Florence
Gorgeous property that’s very accessible by transit. The hosts were very communicative and committed to our comfort. Very close to all the best sites, like the Florence Cathedral, the Uffizi Gallery, etc. and amazing restaurants. Very sleek and modern interior that felt luxurious. Only complaint we had was that the ceiling fan in the bedroom made an irregular loud clicking sound that made it hard to sleep. We were in Florence during an intense heat wave, so the fan was necessary but the sound was disturbing. Other than that, this apartment is truly very desirable and met all our needs as travellers.

Everything was very agreeable, however the kitchen sink neck faucet flew open from the pressure and water sprayed fountain up everywhere! You should get that fixed/repaired. While I don’t mind taking the trash out when I leave, but for the price, that should be the property’s/host’s responsibility.

Florence By Car
We really enjoyed staying in the heart of Florence. It was convenient and most of everything was in walking distance. You are on the what I consider the 3rd level and the stairway is narrow. However, everything in Italy seems narrow. : ) We loved our location and where we stayed. Our host communicated with us and was helpful when needed. We traveled by car and stopped at many different cities in Italy so having a washer/dryer was perfect. If you had a lot of clothes to wash, there was place to go right down the street. Parking garages were close by the apartment if you are traveling by car. Lots of places to shop, eat, and drink all around you and of course the sights were amazing every where you turned. We would definitely go back and stay there again.
