mistake on reservation, okay room
I arrived around midnight due to flight delay. No one answered the door bell. I called and the security answered the phone. It turnes out they gave my room away. He thought those two asia ppl eho come in were me even on the paper he showed me, it had my name. The other two ppl's names were not the same as mine. But i guess asia names look similiar.
He was kind to prepare a room smaller than what i booked. It was 1:30am, i didnt have a choice. Next day morning, i requested a refund of difference bwt what i booked and what i was given. The mgr just said it was hotels.com that made a mistake and sold me a room type that were sold out.
Afterwards i called hotels.com, they said it was the hotel's mistake, and i should have called hotels.com when i had the problem. Hotels.com offered a coupon.
But this was not a good experience.
