I had an excellent stay with absolutely no complaints! The lobby and common areas were spotless and well-organized, the room was impeccably clean with modern furniture, and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk service was outstanding overall. We got the king suite and I really liked it. It was clean the staff was very nice and no problem when we checked in or out. The only thing I didn't like is the elevator was out of service as well as the little coffee area they have ( we are big coffee drinkers).

This hotel should be only for adults because its so noisy and dirty. The beds are good but the rooms look old and the chairs and couch was dirty we don't even use. The bathroom was ok The TV remote was terrible and didn't work, so we called services and it took them like 15 MINUTES to rework our remote and tv. So I don't recommend staying if you have kids. Its ok if ia just for one night.
