This gorgeous 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, apartment in the centre of Florence has everything you'll need to stay comfortably and safely in the heart of Florence.

The entire apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to details and refined taste for design furniture and comforts. The earthy color palette of the apartment creates a warm, pleasant atmosphere.

The space is clean and practical and accommodates comfortably up to 6 people.
It's located on the second floor of a historic building, with lift which is very rare in Florence, and comprises:
- a cozy living room ( with 1 double sofa bed more suitable for 2 children) which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen creating a lovely open space
- 2 spacious bedrooms with storage space and double size beds
- 1 family bathroom with a large shower.

The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, 3 autonomous and independent TVs and a Fiber Option WiFi connection.
A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ecc.

The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stilysh it's ideal for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Florence, and despite its modest size, it feels spacious since it is furnished in a smart and practical manner.

Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:

From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

Not clean!! Old furniture!
If you care about cleanliness and space don’t stay here! The rooms are tiny, no space to move around. There’s no mirrors except the one in the one bathroom. Ran out of toilet paper too. And there was no hand soap. The couch in there is nasty and old. We couldn’t sit on it. Even the beds are old. The location is perfect though so if you don’t care about the other stuff then go for it!

Fantastic and quiet stay in Florence
Location could not have been better (on a quiet small piazza just a stones throw from EVERYTHING) for Florence! The two bedroom one bathroom was as advertised and from the check in to the check out it all worked perfect. The AC was much appreciated as it was hot 40C or 100F and we turned it off when we were out and about but it provided necessary respite at night. We cooked several meals while there and it was great. thank you all for providing a clean apartment and a PERFECT location to enjoy Florence. Tim

Close to perfect
This apartment was great in so many ways - the location is incredible, the beds were very comfortable, it is clean, modern and stylish, and the bathroom has a large shower. We were able to check in early (for a fee) and Niccolo was very nice and helpful getting us situated. The downsides: an unfortunate sewer smell coming from the bathroom on and off during our stay. We tried running water in each drain which didn't help, and sometimes it seemed fine, but other times it was kind of overpowering. Florence in general had a sewer smell in the areas around the apartment, so maybe it was a larger problem than just the apartment. Also, we were looking forward to having coffee in the mornings but no pods were left to use with the machine - disappointing. The couch/pull out cushions would slide off every time we'd sit. I think there's a way to attach them that was overlooked. I couldn't figure it out. And lastly, I agree that the sweet stay portal is impersonal. It caused a bit of communication trouble as we had to send messages via their app, and when trying to message about the wifi code and there being no coffee, I was trying texting, thru WhatsApp and thru vrbo, and getting no response, but realizing later the code was sent thru sweet stay app. (Never got the coffee tho!). Overall these were small inconveniences, and our stay was only two nights, so the comfort and location made up for them.
