This was a nice hotel and would have gotten a much better review, had it been disclosed that a train passes by every 20 minutes throughout the night. It felt like it was headed straight for us. Also, service at Vic’s was slow.

Very nice boutique hotel with spa gym and a very good restaurant on the main level. Very charming setting in a very walkable downtown. neighborhood clise to shops and restaurants.

Rooms are outdated, old building , very basic, airconditioning falls apart/dirty/very noisy, however front desk staff was nice. No service at the restaurant, breakfast is horrible. (Skip this place)

Advertised room service which is not available. Advertised free parking which is really city parking over 2 blocks away. The hotel is not in the safest area. The staff doesn’t care. Said we would have housekeeping every day they never came. Phone was broken never came to fix it. The water was orange they did not give out bottled water. I would not recommend this property. We left and check in at the Hyatt down the road.

Well maintained older building - cleverly converted to a hotel. It had been raining several days and, unfortunately, old buildings smell mildewy when it is wet and humid. Staff was warm and efficient - very welcoming.

Hotel Florence was such a delight! Our room was tastefully decorated with the atmosphere only an historic building can provide. The hardwood floors and antique style furnishings are beautiful. The real gem for us was Anthony's steakhouse inside the hotel. We were celebrating our anniversary and were treated like royalty! Hannah, our server was friendly, attentive and fun. The food was deliciously creative. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!
