A Great Stay
We loved this friendly, safe, quiet hotel right in the heart of the Duomo in Florence. It was central to all sights and restaurants.The breakfast provided had a nice assortment of juices,meats, cheeses, expresso, coffees, and breakfast breads.We will stay here again !

This hotel is close to the Duomo. If you are driving suggest you don't. It is in the limited vehicle traffic area. They do have valet parking. The hotel is on the 2nd floor. Rooms are clean and small but you are in the heart of Firenze. Not fancy but very serviceable.

Good: Location is great and could see Duomo from the window. Staff are friendly. It was nice that there was a bath tub. Bad: Bed was much smaller than expected. When we checked-in, floor in our room was very wet (my socks immediately absorbed the water...). We told the staff about it and they said they would dry it while we went outside. However when we came back (~5h later), nothing was changed and improved... Bed made some sound maybe because it's old.

Great location to visit Florence

There is a stench that fills the room up daily. Smells like sewage, it could be very late at nights or early morning. The sheets either smell of bleach or just a raw fish or ‘old nursing home’ smell.

I can honestly say this is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect don’t stay here. This Hotel separated me from my family and the staff was the absolute worst. I cannot more emphatically say how terrible my experience with this Hotel was.

Excellent position centrally located in the old town next to the Cathedrale di Sante Maria del Fiore (Duomo) - with friendly staff. The (small) rooftop terrace was a nice place to relax at the end of the day, and aircon worked!
