Clean room had all the updated electronic hooks ups, bed was comfortable except for the pillows which were like sleeping on sand bags, bathroom was clean but the celing was caving in and had a good sized crack that has been ignored by staff for many months. When we arrived at 4:30pm we were told our room wasn’t ready and would have to wait. We booked a deluxe king room because we wanted a larger space. A few minutes later we were given a smaller room and our room rate wasn’t adjusted The staff said the room was considered a suite, but really wasn’t.

I stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and years had the worst buffet I ever encountered. I was told it was $15 and that still wasn't worth it and then I got a bill for $44 Some of the food on there was an edible should've went to a different restaurant

Smoke Smell, but…
The only issue is that I had is when I ask for a non-smoking room, I don’t want to smell smoke or the remanence of smoke from back in the day. Other than that, everything was great.
