All the most famous tourist attraction of Florence are a walking distance of 2-6 minutes such as the Duomo of Florence, Accademia Gallery, Uffizi Gallery , Ponte Vecchio , San Lorenzo Market , Santa Maria Novella Church .

Bad communication and too complicated check in
The owner didn't notify us about her changing the location, address of the property. New location we had to walk four flights of stair. Luckily, even we are older, we were all able to climb the stairs with our luggage. Check-in was very complicated. Bathroom is extremely small. Bedroom is up seven small steps and has a low ceiling. Excellent location though. Middle of town and close to the train station and attractions.

My stay here started with the panic that I would be stuck in a foreign country WITHOUT a place to stay! The check-in instructions indicated to call a property manager. This phone number rang several times as OUT OF SERVICE. For days. And any attempts to communicate with the actual host failed. Then when I was finally able to check in I saw I did not receive the unit I requested. I had reserved a unit to fit 4 people, this one fit two. The wi-fi was so terrible it was actually usually nonexistent.

“Heart of the city…”
We did not hear from our house, customer service manager until day of…. Anna was very curt / punctual regarding meeting time. She conveyed how incredibly busy she was , and how she would not answer texts (no language barrier there)..”just call directly”She had a very helpful assistant, who walked us through the apartment, rental process itself…We had an accidental lockout/totally our fault. Anna happened to be on site, and was very punctual and helped us immediately 🌸….We had a few problems with the Italian mosquitoes & open windows (Early May)…🌸. Great part of town, wonderful for adventure.

Is okey, quite balance
Must admit that is quite complete, it has everything basic you would need. The apartment is quite smelly almost every day I had to open the windows to air it, one particular aspect that really bothered me was having to switch off the electricity of the apartment with the main key, that on and off constantly almost damaged some of my electronics, it reflects misery or ghetto mindset, to be honest, I could expect it from a third world country... but Italy? I would not expect that from a city like Florence. To wrap up be ready for mosquitoes or zanzarre will not let you sleep well. In all other aspects, the unit is a great choice.

A decent studio apartment situated in the historical centre of Florence with only short walk to most sights. All the essentials were available. Only major complaint we had was the quality of air, especially in the bathroom.

We stayed in Florence to enjoy the city and visit nearby cities by train. Our VRBO was the perfect location to the train as well as the heart of Florence (if you don’t mind walking, which was our plan). The flat suited our needs for a short stay. It is not fancy but clean and spacious enough for 2 people. There is a delicious trattoria just down the street for a close and quiet bite. And the market is just a quick 5 minute walk.

Llame al propietario 2 dias antes para que me confirmara si podiamos llegar antes de las 14:00, me confirmó que si. El dia de la entrada no habia nadie y vino una chica enfadada diciendo que tendriamos queda haber venido a las 14:00. La habitacion no es igual que la fotografias, estaba todo junto y no teníamos habitación como tal. La ubicación excelente

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet, sowohl die Innenstadt als auch der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Handtücher waren, wie angegeben, vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, ist recht klein, reicht aber vollkommen für zwei Personen; mehr als das wird zumindest sehr schwierig. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Schockierend war vor allem die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile. Ohne vernünftiges Messer und ohne Schneidebrett wird Kochen fast unmöglich. Auch sonst gibt es von allem maximal das Nötigste (zwei Garnituren Besteckt, zwei Gläser, zwei Tassen, keine Weingläser). Außerdem gab es keine Kaffeekanne und keine Schüsseln. Im Bad waren zwei Rollen Klopapier vorhanden, die Dusche ist sehr gut. Eine Vorrichtung zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern wäre schön gewesen. Der telefonische Check-In-Vorgang war aufgrund der schlechten Verbindung etwas holprig, ging aber letztlich. Da die Wohnung direkt unter dem Dach liegt und der Router wahrscheinlich zu weit entfernt steht, gab es leider kein funktionierendes WLAN - unseren Smartphones wurde das Netzwerk nicht mal angezeigt. Lüften war aufgrund der vielen Mücken und der fehlenden Moskitonetze abends schwierig, aber immerhin gab es eine Klimaanlage. Insgesamt war es ein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt und der Preis ist für Florenz wohl einigermaßen fair, aber etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit in den Details wäre wünschenswert gewesen.

Viaggio famiglia Firenze una settimana
L'appartamento è perfetto per una famiglia, c'è tutto quello che serve se volete cucinare. Per la biancheria c'è la lavatrice, stendino e ferro da stiro, che per una vacanza lunga sono comodissimi. Ambiente pulito e vicinissimo al duomo ed alla stazione. La signora che ci ha fatto il check in è molto gentile, accogliente e premurosa. Consiglierei questa struttura anche per il buon apporto qualità -prezzo, soprattutto se si condivide l'appartamento.

Propreté qui laisse à desirer (moisisure dans la salle de bain, cheuveux et mouchoirs usagés dans les tiroirs de la chambre, appartement humide) Hôte pas particulièrement sympathique Bonne localisation, calme sauf quand la voisine du dessus hurle au téléphone à 8h30. Terrasse privée agreable meme si compliquee avec les moustiques.
