Amazing Property !!!
Two massive rooms with amazing air conditioning I might add, includes a kitchen and clean utensils. 5 min walk to train station and a 15-20 min walk from the center of Florence. I definitely recommend this stay if your thinking about visiting Italy.

Close to train station
Nice and clean apartment. When you arrive you must call 1 hour before you reach the apartment so the person in charge can come and give you keys and access codes, after they've gone you are left on your own. We were staying 7 nights so I did ask for spare clean towels but they never arrived and yr bedding is not changed either whilst you stay there. Very quiet area and only 15 minutes to main station and the hub of Florence. There is no parking and if taking a ca, parking works out very expensive, probably 25 euros for 24 hour parking. Enloyed our stay in Florence.

An Apartment, Not a "Hotel"
Once inside, it IS as advertised. Very nice. But there is no front desk. There are only 4 units and when we got there, he charged us 25 Euros for an unadvertised cleaning fee. The place is located on a very narrow street and there's no sign, only a 6 inch placard above the entry keypad. we had to call the owner to meet us and waited 30 minutes for him to arrive. This would be a good place if you're staying more than one night to deal with the hassle. There is no hotel parking. We parked 1/2 mile away down the street.

1) We and another Korean couple had to wait for almost 45 minutes in the rain even though we called ahead of time and while waiting. They acted as if they did not care and absolutely no customer service at all. 2) My wife is a handicap and they put us at Audrey room on 3rd floor with narrow and steep steps. I called the hotel reps and he switched us to bigger room on 2nd floor. However, he did not mention clearly on additional charge until we moved and he came over to collect to balance. 3) The hotel reps came to my unit at 10PM to collect the balance. When he left, my wife and I could not find my iPhone 6-Plus. It was on the table when the hotel reps and I reviewed the total charge. I called him back and made my strong statement that he stole my phone. Initially, he denied my accusation but appeared at my room within minutes after I threatened him that I will report him in the morning. He offered to call my phone and my wife heard ringing in the apartment utility room which is outside my unit. It was locked and only he has the key. As soon as he opened the utility room, we immediately saw my iPhone laying on top of the laundry sink. The hotel reps kept on denying that he has nothing to do with my phone disappearance. The guy clearly stole my iPhone and put it in the utility room which he has the key. He only pretended to help when knowing that we will report and make a strong case to the office in the morning. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. They could steal your stuffs.

Beautiful rooms with modern ameneties
Beautifully designed rooms with thematic appearance. Well maintained, clean and has all the possible facilities for a basic travel. This place has no reception or concierge, so if you reach a bit early than the check-in time of 2 pm, you might have to wait outside. If you have heavy luggage, be ready to lift it till 2nd floor as there's no lift. Wifi works well. Caretaker was very helpful and offered us a complimentary bottle of Italian wine. Overall we had a great stay.

La camera che ho occupato con la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 2 ragazzi di 13 e 15 anni) è la Marylin. Spaziosa, pulita, attrezzata di tutto quanto di basico serve per una permanenza (phon, asciugamani, shampoo). Presente anche un piccolo cucinotto. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è perfetto, non vicinissima al centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi vicini alla casa. Punto d’onore materassi ortoprdici e cuscini, comodossimi.

A szállás önmagában és ár-érték arányban is fantasztikus. A tisztaság kifogásolhatatlan. A környék elbűvölő. A weboldalra feltett képeknek megfelelő szobák, kedves, megértő fogadtatás. Suite moderna (particolare attenzione ai dettagli del design) e molto pulita. Il manager è stato molto gentile e disponibile con noi, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno, sia sulla suite che sulla città (monumenti principali e ristoranti tipici). Posizione buona, vicina alla stazione di S. Maria Novella e quindi alle principali attrazioni di Firenze. In conclusione siamo trovati molto bene, sicuramente ritorneremo!

Buen alojamiento cerca de la estación SMN, limpio y buena atención del responsable del cheking. Pero yo recomendaría a los propietarios poner un asidero en la ducha y algo más de menaje (cuchillos grandes). Ahora mismo hay un poco de lío con obras en los alrededores, pero nada que no se pueda llevar bien. En general, buen alojamiento.

Appartamento confortevole e pulito. Molto tranquillo ideale per un week-end Firenze. Posizione ottima. Vicino al centro , raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Nulla da dire l'appartamento era così come si vede in foto. Vorrei solo dare un suggerimento ai proprietari. Prima del check-in bisogna controllare che nell'appartamento ci sia tutto l'occorrente per le persone che l'occuperanno. Esempio: Eravamo in quattro e c'erano solo due bicchieri, c'era la moka per il caffè, ma non c'erano tazzine. Inoltre trovo deludente che un appartamento bello e pulito non metta in bagno almeno dei piccoli saponi per fare la doccia e lavare i capelli.. abbiamo trovato solo un sapone per le mani. Detto questo, che sono solo piccoli dettagli che si possono migliorare, consiglio a tutti questo appartamento.

This is a very bad experience of accommodation, I will never go to the second time, and hope you want to stay here must careful consideration, a lot of inconvenience led to my travel in Florence is not happy!(Because the review limit words, please translate my Chinese review to evaluate.) The apartment seat is very remote, and looking for an apartment cost a lot of effort, no sign,, from the train station about 10 minutes, each time I always go back early, because the street lights are dark, dark at night, very few people , There is no parking nearby. Check in time, no front desk, I fortunately prepare international calls, we had to call the owner to meet us and waited 30 minutes for him to arrive. Very dumbfounded! Free wireless Internet access and air conditioning is not working for three days, more terrible is no hot water,is not working for two days, we told owner, but he ignore our request and didn't reply. 這是一次非常差的住宿經驗，我絕對不會再去第二次，甚至希望大家仔細考量後，才入住，諸多的不便導致我在佛羅倫斯旅遊非常不開心! 公寓位子非常偏僻，找公寓的時候費了很大的功夫，沒有門牌，距離火車站約10分鐘，每次都不敢太晚回去，因為街道狹小燈暗，晚上很恐怖，很少人，附近沒有停車位。 check in的時候，沒有櫃台辦理，還要自己打電話給房東，還好有買國際電話，打電話後還在原地傻等房東約30分鐘，非常傻眼! 房間在第三樓，沒有電梯的公寓，樓梯很窄，行李很難搬運。房間內只有毛巾和沐浴露。網頁上寫有免費瓶裝水，房間內無，客房清潔服務基本上無，直接在第一天把三天毛巾給我們，還去儲藏室拿，感覺很不乾淨，跟清潔用品都放在一起，還要跟我們收取最後清潔費25歐，現場還要求雙方簽契約，覺得不可思議。 免費無線上網和空調住四天有三天無作用，更可怕的是沒有熱水，四天有兩天沒有，最可惡的是跟房東反應毫無作用，不理會不回應，且室外陽台根本無用，因為太多蚊子無法在外久待，連窗戶都不敢打開。 只有一個優點房子新，就這樣! 非常差的住宿經驗!非常希望Hotels.com要跟房東反映，這種公寓最好下架，有史以來住宿最差的經驗!

Comme il est précisé, nous les avons appelés dès notre arrivée à la gare, c'est-à-dire 30mn avant l'arrivée à la location à pied. Il s'avèrent qu'ils n'étaient pas joignables avant 15mn. Nous avons donc dû attendre devant la porte pendant 15mn. Des excuses auraient été la bienvenue. Au contraire, le monsieur qui nous a accueillis était désagréable et arrogant ; une seule chose l'intéressait : nous montrer à quel point l'appartement était "bello"...

Wouldn't chose it again
Everything looks new but you can‘t open the window because too many mosquitoes and the air conditioner is not working. Also the apartment on the 3rd floor without elevator.Only had towels and shower gel.
