The holiday apartment is just a few minutes walk from the tram stop, a couple of minutes\' walk from Rifredi Railway Station, a 10-minute drive from the Fortezza da Basso convention centre and a 25-minute drive from Santa Maria Novella Railway Station. The centre with the Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Santo Spirito are about a 20-minute drive from here along with the better-known sites, of the Uffizi gallery, the Duomo, Piazza della Repubblica.

For some peace then guests should head to the Boboli Gardens, behind the Pitti Palace (a 25-minute drive) where you can spend an afternoon admiring the fountains and statues. Additionally, famous destinations such as Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, and Greve in Chianti are an ideal day trip: all about an hour’s drive from the vacation rental. Wine lovers should not miss the town of Montalcino (about 75 minutes away), where you can taste and buy the famous Brunello di Montalcino directly from the producers. For those who wish to cook, the Florence Central Market is worth a visit, about a 20-minute drive from here.

Florence’s international airport is just a 12-minute drive from the holiday apartment.

Appartement refait à neuf, tres bien équipé. nous avons tous apprécié. Proche tramway, pratique à 15 mn du centre. Dommage niveau insonorisation c'est juste.je recommande., Francesco et Leonardo super réactif. Merci pour tout nous reviendrons. Gilles

Place is well located
We enjoyed the location witch is close to train station and tramway (20min to the center). also market and many restaurant near the appartment). Everything in the appartement is new, but the owner only provide limited basic items (no toilet paper, no garbage bags, no salt/pepper/oil for cooking. When we contacted the owner about it, they said it was not specified in the add that they included toilet paper..) the beds were confortable but we could ear everything from outside and there is a lot of car noises. Also, there was construction going on and the owner did not advised us, so we could not use the big balcony during our stay.
