It has three large window wich provide natural light, all double glazed, with noise reduction treatment and mosquito screens.
Grocers, supermaket and a large range of typical Tuscan restaurants are all just stone through away.

Lovely Stay Near Santa Croce
Everything in this apartment was clean and well organized! We had everything we needed to cook a quick meal and were within walking distance to all of the sights we wanted to see! The furthest sight away was the accademia but that was only a 25 minute walk..everything was well explained about the apartment and we had the best time!

Perfect Location
We were so centrally located. Right next to the Christmas Market near Santa Croce which was a wonderful surprise! We could walk everywhere. The apartment was easy and comfortable and the hosts were very helpful.

Amazing Florence Location
This property is perfect for a visit to Florence. The location near San Croce is near many restaurants and close enough for an easy walk from the train station and all other major sites. Check-in was easy and super pleasant and really made us feel welcome. Really great property.

Fantastic location!
This apartment was everything we needed. The bed was the absolute most comfortable providing a great night’s sleep after really long days packed full of activity. There are a few stairs so just keep that in mind when packing. While i had initially regretted bringing a large suitcase, i was happy i did since we filled every spare inch with all the goodies! I will definitely look for this apartment again when i return to Florence.

Amazing time with this Vrbo! Host was communicative and made move-in easy and convenient. Perfect location near restaurants, sights, and train station. The centrality made it a lot easier to explore around. AC and TV were a plus, and spacious area. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay in ancient Firenze
This apartment is so authentic Florencian, we felt like we were part of the whole history & art of this beloved city! Spacious living/dining & bedroom areas with high ceilings. Very functional kitchen & nice bathroom with washing machine. Our hosts were so gracious & gave us lots of helpful advice/recommendations. Best place to stay in Florence!
Me and my partner visited Florence for a week of our three week holiday in Italy. Both of us are broke college students, and we were pleasantly surprised by such amazing housing. Our host, Julian, was incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, which was very helpful because we cooked most meals to save money. The shower had fantastic water pressure, and the water got the perfect temperature.You cannot beat the location: right in the center of everything you want to see without all of the city center foot traffic. We would definitely come back!

We loved this apartment! It was perfect for a couple, comfortable bed and all the amenities were as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and the neighbour was very kind and helpful. Wonderful central apartment
Very comfortable place in the heart of Santa Croce. Centrally located, excellent communication with hosts and a warm welcome. We walked to all the major sights, and enjoyed some of the many delicious food options nearby. Both the main bed and pullout couch were extremely comfortable! Definitely some street noise but that’s to be expected when one stays so close to the centre. Very soundproofed windows help immensely. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

Lovely apartment in fabulous location
The host was incredibly welcoming and gracious, recommended excellent local restaurants and took the time to show us how everything worked in the apartment. The kitchen is very small, but perfectly adequate for having breakfast at home and making simple meals -- we ate out for most lunches and dinners, as there were numerous excellent restaurants nearby. Location can't be beat: near everything, but with a neighborhood-y feeling rather than being overrun with tourists. Highly recommend.

A comfortable, well appointed, incredibly well located flat a few steps from Santa Croce. The couple who greeted me, Senore Silvano and Senora Piera could not have been more kind and helpful. I did not meet the owner, but in communications beforehand, she answered every query quickly and clearly. What I most appreciated is that everything in the flat worked-keys, windows, plumbing, kitchen ( tiny but functional, with an excellent bread knife!), heating, good beds ( a new sofa bed my friend actually wanted to have shipped home!), everything. I would return in a heartbeat.

Leading up to our arrival, we ran into some pretty significant travel issues, and the property manager was very responsive and as accommodating as possible, which met our needs. Upon arrival, we were thrilled with the location and quality of the property. Super nice neighbors met us and told us all about the apartment and the neighborhood. We were there for 11 days/10 nights that were just beyond expectations. We explored and explored, and this location was seriously perfect. The apartment was clean and quiet and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well. I can only dream of returning to this very place. If you’re headed to Florence, this is your place.

Great spot, quiet area
Just seconds from Santa Croce, an easy 10 minutes to the Duomo or Piazza della Signoria. Quiet even on New Year’s Eve (but close to the fun). Grocery stores nearby. And just steps to a few blocks from good eats. Stay here. You will feel like a Florentine.
