Wonderful stay
The room and bathroom were both very clean. Bathroom was very modern. Located in a quieter area but still an easily walkable distance to the centre. The owners were also very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

Friendly and comfortable stay
During the 3 days the staff from the BnB was really helpful and explained all the details and doubts that we have from our trip. The room is quiet clean and organized which is always appreciated. Food at the breakfast is enough to start the day. We got an issue with the strong box and they resolved in less than half hour. Gracias!

Clean, cosy and friendly
This Bed and Breakfast was exactly as described! Room was comfortably large with own small balcony. And this place is exceptionally clean!! Place has everything that you need for your Florence stay as it is very close to the railway station and the sights. Communication is extremely polite abd efficient! Warm recommendations!

Everything was perfect in this Beautiful small hotel, it was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, great price and great facilities, the staff were so kind and helpful, you can find everything inside the room, water, juice, breakfast, hot drinks all kinds, they dont have 24 hour reception but they kept messaging me to know the exact arrival time and i found him waiting for me, great staff

Positive: Friendly and helpful host. good location 10-15 minutes walk from Santa Maria train station. Tram stop closeby.Bust station is also very close. Negative: The entrance of the flat is on the narrow alley which is not prominent. Breakfast is not served by anyone in the dinning area.you just take food ( mainly bakery stuff) to have with tea.we had our breakfast in our room as the dinning area was hot(no air con) There is no lift and it was a struggle to take luggage on the second floor. I wouldn’t say it’s value for money as I paid the similar amount for 4 start hotel in Milan.

Geen aanrader! Opdringerige gastheer voorafgaand aan check-in via whatsapp, maar op zich wel vriendelijk. B&B niet bereikbaar gezien werken in de straat en onveilige stationsbuurt (zou hier als vrouw zeker niet alleen over straat lopen in het donker). Gemeenschappelijke keuken wel praktisch maar rommelig en niet uitnodigend om te ontbijten. Triestig verpakt ontbijt op kamer desondanks gastheer elke ochtend wel aanwezig is in de accommodatie lijkt het een kleine moeite om vers ontbijt te voorzien voor gasten. Wij hebben uit noodzaak in de stad ontbeten. Kamer lijkt studentikoos, hard oncomfortabel bed en linnen met vlekken. Matig tot niet functionerende airconditioning. Luidruchtig appartement: je hoort de andere gasten goed. Nette maar erg kleine badkamer. Kortom, scherp geprijsde b&b voor een stad als Firenze maar desondanks komen wij hier zeker niet meer terug.

Ótimo - Não tem estacionamento próprio.
Ótima estadia, o Filippo nos recebeu muito bem e subiu as nossas malas pesadas até o segundo andar rapidamente. O ar condicionado as vezes parava de funcionar mas não sofremos pois o tempo estava ameno. Mas as instalações são ótimas. Não tem estacionamento como descrito.

Grâce à leur accueil, leur professionnalisme et la propreté de la chambre, je pense que cet établissement mériterais largement une étoile supplémentaire ! Un nettoyage digne des hôtels 4 et 5 étoiles ! Pas de traces de gouttes sur les miroirs et les vitres. Un linge de salle de bain et des draps propres, sans plis et soignés. Point fort : 10 min a pied environ des sites historiques de Florence. Le seul point "faible" serait que l'on entend un peu trop les autres residents lorsqu'ils sont dans la cuisine . Sinon tout était parfait j'ai adoré et je les recommande vivement !

Esperienza più che positiva. Abbiamo soggiornato in struttura per 5 notti. Posizione comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e vicinissima alla stazione. Camere luminose, spaziose, silenziose (nonostante la vicinanza alla stazione) e soprattutto sempre pulite. In camera erano presenti i prodotti per la colazione a disposizione 24 ore su 24 (cornetto, merendine, crostatine, Nutella, marmellata, burro, caffè, tè, bollitore, succhi, yogurt). Staff super gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissima!
