Friendly staff, slightly dated furniture and bath fixtures in room. Excellent breakfast and breakfast room attendants, and helpful front desk staff. Walkable location to nearly all you need in the city center, including from train station. We appreciated the luggage storage when we arrived early, and felt very comfortable that the staff had our property stored securely for us.

We loved our days in Florence! The hotel has a great location, a great structure. The staff is great, especially Larissa, from the reception! I just think the bed could be better, more comfortable.
