It is on the first floor with a lift and consists of a living room with separate kitchenette, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to 4 people in the double bedroom and in the sofa bed located in the living area.
The entrance gate and the apartment door are equipped with an access code that will be provided at the time of booking.
The laundry service is located inside the building and works with a € 2.50 coin each for washing machine and dryer.
Security is entrusted to a video surveillance system inside and outside the building and with video intercom.

great residentia l yet close location
Great residential section with lots of local restaurants...away from tourist hordes that inundate Venice. 20 minute walk to San Marco. Refrigeration half.size thats inadequate for 3 or ore people.. Could use Smart TV.
