Elegant, bright and cozy
IRIS 1B as the apartment IRIS 1 overlooks the beauty piazza Beccaria along the boulevards which surround the historic centre of Florence. Located in a beautiful palace with elevator, the apartment is very bright and elegant. The property was recently renovated and can comfortably host up to 4 people. Easy to reach by car, from here you can move in the direction of all the main monuments on foot, it takes only 10 or 15 minutes ti get to Duomo or near Ponte Vecchio.
IRIS 1B consists of a beutiful double bedroom with view on the imposing Porta alla Croce which was part of the ancient medieval city walls, a complete bathroom with shower and a wide living area with kitchen and double sofa bed.
The property has the elevator, a terrace, internet access with Wi-Fi, airi conditioning and independent heating: ideal both for a family and for a group of firends.

Overlooking the beautiful piazza Beccaria in Florence, at the edge of the historic centre, the apartment IRIS 1B is an excellent starting point for who want to visit the city centre and all its main points of interest as the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio or the Uffizi Gallery: all these monuments can be reached by foot in 10 or 15 minutes. Great location
Great little apartment in a great location. We loved Florence and this little apartment was the perfect landing spot after a full day of exploring. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to all of the major sites, without being in the middle of it all. The building is on a busy street, but the street noise never bothered us and traffic generally quieted down quite a bit in the evenings. There are definitely a few things that need some improvement, but nothing major.

Fun in Florence
This apartment was perfect for what we needed when we traveled to Florence. The location was great, plenty of activity, restaurants, shops, bakeries nearby, but not so much that it was noisy. The inside of the apartment was wonderfully decorated with just the right combination of luxury and charm. We were only there for 2 nights, so we didn't really use the kitchen, but it was well stocked for stove top cooking if we had wanted (but who wants to cook with all the amazing Italian food nearby)! The bed was very comfortable, the shower/bathroom was spacious, and every effort was made to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. I would definitely stay there again!

Very convenient
The apartment was as described and was very conveniently located. We were able to walk to all attractions and for meals. We were not told that the building was under construction and had workers looking in the bedroom windows before we closed the shutters. Overall a good stay.

Great location
Very convenient location close to restaurants and tourist attractions. Parking nearby without worrying about driving in the wrong zone. The bedroom is lovely and spacious, bathroom has a great shower. It was a bit cramped with the pull out couch pulled out in the kitchen but was workable with 3 people. Edourado was an excellent communicator, very helpful and the checkin was simple. We were very happy to have an elevator with no stairs to deal with if you have lots of luggage
