The building rebuilt at the end of the Second World War on the banks of the Arno River allows from the living room on the 5th floor to enjoy a breathtaking view over the whole monumental city. From the windows and the balcony overlooking the Arno river sunsets can be admired and all major monuments including the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Dome Del Brunelleschi's Dome with Giotto's Bell Tower

This apartment is in the most perfect location. All the major sights are within walking distance but the neighborhood is on the more quiet side of the river. Great restaurants just a few doors down. Most importantly during this heatwave the AC was the best we experienced in Italy!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment, which was exactly as it was described. Alina and Luciano were wonderful hosts and made sure our stay was perfetto! There was a cute place nearby for breakfast and aperativos. The clothes washer and dryer came in handy and the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay in Florence.

Excellent Apartment on the Arno
We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was very nice and accurately described. We loved being right on the Arno River and close to a lot of wonderful restaurants. The only downside was it was relatively noisy in the bedrooms with street noise, but that is somewhat to be expected given how busy the area is. It was great to have a washer and dryer and the apartment was well equipped overall with everything needed for an excellent visit.
