The hosts were available to offer assistance as needed, but were very unobtrusive. "We loved this condo. It was perfect for me and my wife and our adult children. It is less than two blocks from the shops and restaurants in old town Florence. We highly recommend it and plan on staying here in the future when we visit family. My only recommendation to the property management company is to put better pillows on the beds and better showerheads in the showers."

"Unable to enter the property, due to "worn out"key. Had to call VRBO many times, got shuffled back and forth. We were in town in plenty of time but because of inability in get in or out of rental missed a get together and dinner. Finally someone arrived to give us a working key at 8PM, check-in was 4PM. The gentleman that "fixed" the key issue lived in Florence! VRBO totally dropped the ballon this one!"
