"We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo and great location near Old Town Florence. For a lengthy stay it was so nice to have the walkin closets and two baths upstairs. The kitchen was clean and very well stocked. We really recommend this condo and are glad we chose it. Our only complaint is the lock-box for the key. We had a lot of difficulty getting it to open and it was hard on our fingers as seniors. "

"Unable to enter the property, due to "worn out"key. Had to call VRBO many times, got shuffled back and forth. We were in town in plenty of time but because of inability in get in or out of rental missed a get together and dinner. Finally someone arrived to give us a working key at 8PM, check-in was 4PM. The gentleman that "fixed" the key issue lived in Florence! VRBO totally dropped the ballon this one!"

This condominium has it all, fantastic views, outdoor patio overlooking the Siuslaw River and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the marina. "We had a nice, short stay here on our way up the OR coast. Great location, good size for us (two adults, two 10+ kids), well-appointed with linens and electronics (WiFi and TVs). A couple of minor things could help — a couple of desk chairs, some extra glasses and silverware, a pot/pan or two more — but otherwise worth the price. Beach access is a bonus — found lots of interesting tidepools with starfish and other creatures just north of the property."
