"After having to text the owner for arrival instructions multiple times the day of my arrival, I finally received a message with a code for the door. The exterior door didn't work well and was not very secure at all. Upon entering the building I had to climb 2 flights of stairs, the first flight was normal, but the second flight was immediately inside the 'apartment' and incredibly steep.
