Updated rooms everything was in excellent condition, when I visit home again this will be my hotel to stay at. They do charge $100.00 incidental fee for the room, if you damage anything in the room. My stay was 5 days, checked out Monday and my $100.00 deposit was back on my card by Wednesday.

Decent hotel, rough part of town
The staff was courteous and the room was pretty decent, be forewarned though that the area where the hotel is located is kind of sketchy so it's not the safest stay you'll have. On about the third or fourth day of my stay there was an incident in the lobby where during the night a glass door was shattered, luckily I was in my room woth the door secured so didn't notice until I left in the morning to visit family(which is why I was on the trip. Overall if you're travelling solo and are cautious of your surroundings this can be a good inexpensive hotel to stay at, if you are travelling with your family I'd consider a hotel in a safer part of town.
