Pretty bungalow for 6 people with a living area of 40 m and a terrace in a residence with swimming pool.

Kitchen open onto living room with sofa, dining table, dishwasher (washing machine not working).

Ground floor bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and wardrobe.

Upstairs, the first bedroom has 2 single beds and an open mezzanine with 2 single beds.

Free private parking nearby, with the option of bringing the car in through the gate.

Pets not allowed (€15 per pet per week).

The keys are to be collected from the Guy Hoquet - Saint Pierre la Mer agency and a map to the accommodation will be given to you.

~Environment~

Residence with swimming pool, about 600 metres from the beach, composed of semi-detached houses.

Saint-Pierre-La-Mer is a family seaside resort, where everything has remained on a human scale.

The large fine sandy beach (5 km long) has been awarded the Blue Flag and is ideal for children.

For sports enthusiasts: a wide range of water sports (windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.), hiking and cycling trails in the Clape massif.

The garrigue, with its scents of thyme, lavender and rosemary, comes alive with the song of the cicadas in summer.

Curiosity: the Oeil Doux chasm, with its high, green limestone cliffs overlooking an emerald-green expanse of water.

In July and August, the largest market on the coast is held every day, as well as a night-time craft market.

Je déconseille l agence Guy hoquet de Saint- Pierre la mer. Logement sale Présence d une machine à laver sur la terrasse à l extérieur( non mentionnée ds l’annonce) avec une non conformité flagrante de l installation électrique Porte d armoire cassée Étendoir mural à l extérieur sectionné Néon cuisine ne marche pas Robinetterie cuisine qui ne marche pas dès le 2 eme jour. Nous avons prévenu l agence de tous ces problèmes. Il semblerait donc qu’un état des lieux entrant ait été survolé voir non fait… Un plombier appelé par l’agence est donc venu pour le souci de robinetterie ms la vétusté des tuyaux a nécessité une journée de réparation avec un dégât des eaux qui a entraîné une coupure d eau sur toute une journée. Les conséquences qui ont suivi ont été épiques!!! Nous sommes restés sans eau, sans toilette sous 36 degrés !!J étais avec ma maman âgée de 76 ans et mes 2 enfants et ma tante , l agence Guy hoquet de Saint- Pierre au courant de la situation nous a laissé dans une situation chaotique !! Nous sommes restés 15 jours et notre première semaine a été fortement impactée par tous ses problèmes, je remercie l agence de nous avoir fait vivre ça !! Un dédommagement, financé par la propriétaire, nous a été proposé par le biais de l agence qui correspond à 2 jours et au forfait ménage. Des propos indécents et abusifs ont été portés par la responsable de l agence et son supérieur à mon égard, remettant en cause ma crédibilité. Leur dédouanement, leur mépris, leur non considération et leur manquement à leur responsabilité font que je déconseille très fortement de faire appel aux services de l agence Guy hoquet de Saint-Pierre la mer qui ne connaît pas le sens des mots «sérieux » et «professionnalisme ».

Appartement un peu décevant. Plusieurs problèmes dès l arrivé. Pas de clefs pour le cours de tennis. Couchages très mauvais. Plusieurs problèmes dans la maison mais agence Guy Hoquet a fait le maximum. Merci à elles !!! 2 étoiles aux gîte de france je pense qu il y a une erreur.
