PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING

■ RENTAL AGREEMENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT - You will be sent a Rental Agreement. Signing and returning the rental agreement is a requirement for staying at this property. If you do not sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking, your booking may be canceled. This includes setting up a security deposit that will be held during your stay and refunded 48 hrs after checkout, assuming there is no damage to the property.

■ HOT TUBS & POOL - No Dogs in the pool area! Children must be monitored at all times when using the pool and hot tubs. Absolutely NO GLASS or food near the hot tubs and Pool. Please use the provided plastic wine glasses. NO BUBBLES, NO SALTS, OR OILS can be added to the hot tub. You must shower first and wear a swimsuit (not clothes) in the pool & hot tub. It is professionally serviced after every stay. If the pool or hot tub needs to be serviced during your stay, just let us know.

■ AGE - All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

■ OCCUPANCY - Maximum 22 Persons. If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

■ SECURITY CAMERA - There are security cameras on the front porch in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection.

■ NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin. Guest may smoke outside at firepit area.

■ UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage if this is a concern.

■ PETS - Dog friendly! The number of dogs must be selected upon booking. We allow up to 3 well trained dogs under 50 lbs. each. There is an additional fee of $150 fee per dog added to the total of your trip. Pets must be kenneled when left home alone. They must be on a leash at all time when outside to ensure they do not bother our neighbor's garden or property. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any waste from their pets. Pets are never to be left alone outside. Please use the dog blankets provided if your pet will be on the couch or bed. We provide a basic kennel, a doggy bed, poop bags, and a lint roller. Excessive pet hair, damage, or smells will result in additional fees.

■ CHECK-IN/OUT - Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. No early check-ins or late check-outs.

■ CRITTERS - We have the cabin on a regular pest control schedule to help minimize the possibility of insects and critters. However, this is a wooded area, and some insects are unavoidable. You can occasionally expect to see critters (bugs, ants, spiders, bats etc.) in or around the cabin. If this is a concern for you, a place further from nature may be a better fit for you.
