Completely renovated as of 2021, this three-story home provides a convenient perch to explore scenic hiking trails as well as the lively breweries, restaurants, and shops of downtown. When you return home from a day of adventure, kick back on the home's spacious deck that offers both sun and shade. Sizzle barbecue recipes on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the table that seats six. Tree-lined views feature throughout the property, adding privacy and a tranquil feel to the outdoor space.

Outfitted with all new furnishings, the home boasts an open-style layout that makes it easy to unwind with your whole group. Bask in the glow of the living area's gas fireplace while you tune into favorite TV shows. Indulge your inner chef in the modern kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals around the six-person dining table, which also doubles as an ideal spot for a family board game night.

THINGS TO KNOW
Water must be boiled for at least 1 minute before consumption. This home's water comes from the Mills River Water Reservoir not the North Fork Reservoir that services most of Asheville area that is under stricter restrictions.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Peaceful treehouse

We loved our time in this beautiful home. So many views of trees made us feel we were living in a tree house. The downstairs living area is beautiful and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were good sized and comfortable. Plenty of towels and loved the soap shampoo and conditioner. Hope to be back again sometime.

Good Touchdown point for a large family

This was a great touch down point for our family of six. Overall everything was great… nice bathrooms with lights and fans, comfy towels and starter soaps, paper products, cleaning materials was appreciated! Also the couch blankets and dog bowls were a nice touch!

Nice house in Fletcher

Completely updated 3 bedroom home in Fletcher. I was here for work but could easily use for a jumping off point for all the activities in the Asheville area.

Perfect Getaway

My family loved the location of the house! It was 6 mins from Sierra Nevada and Mills River Brewery, two of our favorites Breweries. The house was very clean and cozy. The front porch was great for morning coffee and for our dog to sunbathe during the day. We would absolutely book this location again.

This is a delightful house that provides lots of light!! Great wrap around deck, but the chilly weather didn't allow us to make good use of it (maybe next time!) We love how this is tucked back into the neighborhood...felt safe! Would definitely come back!!

Great house

The Wilde of house worked well for our group. We had adequate space and the house was clean and well appointed. The third bedroom is a loft, which if that was in the listing I missed. The communication with the rental group was excellent

Great house!

The house was great and definitely large enough for 6 people and two dogs. The only slight problem we had was that the listing made it seem like the house was more isolated than it truly was. You have close neighbors on three sides and they don't bother you at all, but if you're looking for something set a little further back out of a neighborhood this might not be the option you're looking for. But, it really was a good place to stay. About 20-25 min drive from downtown Asheville, hiking, and a lot of other things to do in the area.
