"From the very friendly and helpful receptionist, through the courteous bar staff to the excellent service at dinner (and later at breakfast), this hotel exceeded expectations. The restaurant in particular was wonderful and the food delicious."

"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. The decor when you get into the hotel is like stepping back into the 1980s or early 90s where you imagine men wearing jackets with the sleeves rolled up it was quite an eye-opener, hence saying , that this hotel has so much potential. I can’t complain about the cleanliness and the room had suitable shower and a comfortable bed and luckily a couple of English television channels but no tea or coffee making Facilities in the room which was very disappointing."

"Quiet night, good bed for a European hotel. Cleanest hotel bathroom I’ve ever seen. Only thing that sucked was the cleaning staff was smoking cigarettes on the floor and the entire room smelled like a smoking club. "

"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Breakfast was perfect and the two dinners we had in the reataurant were excellent. It was our first stay but we are already planning to come back. The only downfall was the small bathroom sink. "

"Property was ideal 10 min bus ride from town. Family room was large, clean and modern with good facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Right next to Aldi and Lidl. Good Italian min walk away. "
