"We stopped overnight to break up a long journey with young children. Location was ideal and staff were brilliant, i cant remember the mans name but he served us at the bar and at breakfast the next morning. Very professional, kind, friendly and helpful made my stay a pleasure even tho i hadd my hands full with the little once he was always happy to assist which even the smell things make a big difference to busy mums. Room waa very large and well equipped, beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom could have done with a couple of repairs but it is an old hotel and it was nothing major."

"Lodge facing the lake was lovely, but all the lodges are in rows so next door both ways could see right in to our living area. "

"Lovely modern highly accessible hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. I could make one small negative comment, when I was waiting to check in and the staff male member on reception consciously decided to ignore me and answer the phone, which I never really get. How can answering a phone call be more important than attending to a client, who is right in front of you, and who has already been waiting for some time? Simple, it can’t, and it’s pure ignorance and only serves to vex your all-important customers. This said, everyone else throughout the stay were all really helpful and generally nice. The main entrance could do with a little bit of TLC, otherwise the hotel has a really nice feel to it and the location is superb. We ate in the restaurant and the food was OK, but the drinks were very expensive. Overall we really like the place, but next time would look to stay on level 3 or above to benefit from a better view."

"Lovely stay. Will definitely pay for a better room next time as sofa bed in the room was rock solid and very uncomfortable. Room didnt have any towels so had to ask for them but was dealt with quickly. Breakfast was awesome, great selection, was just missing bananas. Gym well equipped and the hotel is away from all the hustle and bustle so it's quiet. Ubers are cheap to the main part of the strip. Would stay again."
