Fully furnished home above 3000' elevation with lots of outdoor spaces. Located 1/2 mile from access to S Fork New River. Master suite complete with vintage queen bed, tv and large jetted whirlpool tub and shower. Living area features large screen smart tv, wifi and gas fireplace. Den / reading room with board games and smart tv. Spacious kitchen comes with all appliances including dishwasher, toaster, blender, newly added 12 cup drip coffee maker, keurig and much more. Complete laundry room with modern front load washer and dryer. Beautiful outdoor space includes spacious deck with patio furniture to enjoy privacy and long range mountain views. A gas grill is also provided for cooking that wonderful meal while enjoying the quiet. Behind the house you will find a large fire ring ( ash removal bucket provided) with seating and hammock to enjoy mountain climate. Should you encounter inclement weather, there is also a covered carport. Close to shopping, New River, and Blue Ridge Parkway, West Jefferson and Boone.

It's a beautiful setting.

Lovely Home in Fleetwood
We rented this home in Fleetwood over the weekend while we attended the App State football game. The home was very clean and well stocked, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to West Jefferson and Boone to see all these towns have to offer. And Donald and Karen made us feel very welcome. Thank you both!!

Our stay was perfect. The place was very clean and everything met or exceeded our expectations. The location is very central and we only found ourselves driving 20-25 minutes to all of our destinations in the area. Highly recommend!

The place is nestled at the end of a well gravel road, along the road where other homes sit nicely groomed. The road goes straight to a carport which is by the deck of the property. The outside is nice and clean, so relaxing. Lots of bird feeder and nice butterflies plants. The home was very clean, with everything you need. The beds were comfortable, just all around perfect. I will plan to go back. I would recommend bring a coffee pot if a small 4cup will not quite do it.

Exceptional serenity!
I can’t brag enough on the wonderful stay we had. The home was so clean and welcoming. It was private and remote, but also a convenient 15 minute drive to local stores. The bed was so comfy, the huge TV in the living room was perfect for a movie night, and the porch is perfect for an evening meal to enjoy the cool weather and beautiful surroundings. My personal favorite- the big garden tub with jets! The property is well maintained and clearly well loved. The hosts were very communicative and hospitable. We can’t wait to return soon! Thank you so much Donald and Karen.
