"Been a while since I stayed here. First time since the lobby refurbished. Still good, great business option. Rooms compact but well designed. UK plug socket a nice bonus. €5 a night available towards drinks and snacks for not getting cleaning, good eco incentive with recycling available. Hot water, coffee, iron and microwave available in the hallway."

"The property was good but the service was very poor, we waited for nearly 1.30 hours for check-in. There was only one person at the receiption and was very slow. Need to increase some staff or consider how to speed up the process"

"Location and common dining areas were good.Giving it an Average rating - could have been excellent f the hallway carpets did not look dated. Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. Had to speak to reception again to sort it out. some Food ran out at breakfast with no refill for 30 minutes had leave and had a lovely little hair in the scrambled eggs - we joked it was Vitamin H. "Really pleased with our decision to stay at Made in Louise. It is a charming small hotel just outside the centre of the city but very accessible. We used an Uber to get to and from the Eurostar station but used the trams and buses while there. The nearest stop is just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is situated on a quiet street in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a huge bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were not available in the room but freely available...

"Our stay at Pierre and Martine's farmhouse was wonderful! The view from the backyard out into the pasture's is breathtaking and the kindness shown to us and our family was delightful. We enjoyed day trips to Brugge, Chimay, Dinant, Namur, and Bastogne. Also, don't miss Maresous Abbey a short ride away."
