"Stayed here last week-end 1/24-1/25/25. Initially received a key to the wrong room. Unknown to us, we unpacked, went skiing, and went to the hot tub. Later in the day when staff realized what had happened they were very prompt, courteous and efficient in correcting the problem. I'm sure it was an awkward situation for all but the management staff and other staff made it as smooth as could be. Nice work! Would definitely stay here again. Clean, great shuttle service and well maintained. "

"We walked to the mountain from this unit on our ski trip, it was a tough walk back uphill but very do able. The first words on this listing were hot tub, but the hot tub wasn’t working properly while we were here, which was a huge disappointment after skiing everyday. Overall, this is a good place for a ski trip and if there was a shuttle line and a working hot tub, it would be perfect. "

"We have been coming to Steamboat for years. This condo was perfect. I enjoy cooking and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. There was a variety of dishes and glasses. Plenty of space for our clothes. The balcony was fun to sit on in the evening...we saw a moose amble across the lawn of the ajoining property. Furniture was comfortable. "Excellent unit that is very close to gondola that takes you to base of mountain. Ski, pole storage and boot driers was a great extra. Nice view from balcony. A few of the issues we had were taken care of in a timely manner! Covered parking was nice. Nice hot shower and close to anything u might need. We will be rebooking for sure!"

"Overall the stay was good. The size and location of the condo was good. The kitchen dishes, etc did not appear as clean as I would have liked, so we washed the table settings and such before using them. The battery in the door lock died and locked us out of the condo while we waited for maintenance to arrive to replace the battery. The outdoor hot tube stopped working the first night of our stay.
