We called the help number and they were at our location (this hotel has no check in desk or on site staff) in about 25 mins to open the door, with a smile as well! Check in was a breeze using the electronic box at entrance. "

"Personal und Service kann ich nicht beurteilen, da alles telefonisch ablief, aber die beiden Damen die ich am Telefon hatte, waren sehr freundlich. Das Appartement Fahner Höhe, hat eine schlicht schöne Einrichtung, Komfort war gegeben, das Bad ist sehr schön, leider war das Feuchtigkeitslevel nach dem Duschen so hoch das das Wasser vom Spiegel lief! Das ist aber eine Sache der Lüftung/Abluft. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist sehr schön. "
