Charming 1 bedroom end unit condo offering spectacular views from a private balcony. Located in a quiet Country Club neighborhood with close access to hiking trails and golf, yet within a short driving distance to downtown and shopping. There are 2 golf courses nearby within walking distance - the Timberline Short Nine course and an 18 hole Continental Golf Club public course. Perched up on the hill, this condo offers privacy and beautiful mountain views!

The condo is equipped with high speed WiFi and has dedicated work space for business travelers.
It has a newly installed central air conditioning to provide guests with cooling comfort during the warmer summer months!

Kitchen:
Full size kitchen with stainless appliances. Some of the kitchen amenities include:
- Keurig coffee maker (coffee pods provided)

Bedroom:
In the bedroom, you'll find a comfortable Queen size bed. In the bedroom closet, you will find additional pillows and linens if needed.

Nestled within the pines, enjoy the cool mountain air and amazing views from the covered private deck. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the comfortable patio seating or enjoying the view while grilling up dinner. Stick around in the evenings for spectacular views of the sunset!

My husband and I stayed the night here and was very happy with it. The place is cozy, comfortable, and extremely clean. The kitchen is stocked with good coffee and bathroom has quality brand soap available. The neighborhood is beautiful. We would love to come back. Our small dog was also able to come with us so that was very convenient.

Cool respite in the pines
This adorable little condo was a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The place itself was cozy and clean and our hosts provided excellent information for our stay including clear check-in and check-out procedures. The accommodations were very comfortable and homey. Our favorite aspect of this place was the beautiful deck overlooking the piney hillside. Comfy chairs, a great grill and cool breezes were awesome. Can't wait to come back!
