Parking:
There is a 2 car garage and a driveway. Combined, they can accommodate 4 cars. Street parking is not allowed, so it's best not to bring more than 4 cars total.

Dogs are welcomed but not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please respect the neighborhood and pick up after them outside. I usually allow one small to medium sized dog. Please let me know a bit about your dog at the time of booking.

Grand Canyon Getaway
Idea setting for a family get together. The property had everything we could possibly want for our family trip. After our ride to the Canyon, we looked forward to coming back and relaxing by the fireplace. We would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again on our next trip.

Grand Canyon Vacation
Kate’s house was perfect for our stay to visit the Grand Canyon. The house was very clean, very well stocked with anything you would need, lots of toys to keep the kids entertained!! Would 100% recommend!!

Lovely Vacation Home
The perfect location for a fun-filled visit to Flagstaff. The home has everything to make a visit comfortable: clean, very well stocked with kitchen needs, bathroom needs, games for kids and adults, big bedrooms with very comfortable beds, etc. Our family enjoyed our visit and are hoping to return again someday.

This is the place where you want to stay! We were two families with kids, and there was more than enough room. The home is beautifully cared for and comfortable, the location is great, and the host has thought of EVERYTHING for a fun and ease filled stay. Kate was super responsive, and absolutely lovely. Perfect Stay!
This was the perfect stay for our family! This house had everything that our family needed to enjoy our inside time in Flagstaff! Our kids enjoyed the X-box and our teen (and his parents) took advantage of the workout room. We all enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and warming up after being outside in the snow. We took advantage of the crockpot and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everything was so clean and we all slept well on the comfy beds. Will book here next time we come to Flag!

Wonderful stay with so many day trips to enjoy
Your home was great beautiful and you really did think of everything. The wooded backyard was perfect to go out and make a snowman with the kids when we got the beautiful snow for the day. We wondered into Sedona for a day of hiking…. The Grand Canyon for a beautiful view and check off the bucket list and the Bearizona was a real treat for the kids as well… something for everyone and some great pictures… the games for the kids were great and the beds were very comfortable. This house is well stocked with everything we need for a vacation home. Spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Our host Kate is very helpful and prompt in correspondence. Vacation with Friends
We stayed here with our family of four and our friends for the weekend. This was by far the cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. The owner was easy to contact and made check in simple. The house rules are clearly defined and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was amazing and had several appliances that made cooking easy. The backyard was also perfect for the kids to play in the snow without having to leave property. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful stay!
I rented this unit for my family. We were in Flagstaff for NAU graduation. The house was appointed really well, very high end, with great directions all over the house for wifi, TV, local restaurants, etc. It had a huge dining table and plenty of room to sit and cook. It had a wonderful little bar, huge refrigerator, nice, big pantry with all sorts of useful appliances. The grill was great with a backup propane in the garage. We enjoyed the fir pit and the fireplace in the unit. Our guests couldn't stop talking about what a great place it was and I was a star for finding and booking it! Finally, Kate, the property manager, was very attentive and gave great directions throughout the stay. Couldn't have been better!

Absolutely amazing!
This property was the perfect get away for my family of 5 and our friend's family of 4! It is stocked with everything you could possibly think of. Coffee, spices, every kitchen appliance, even spare batteries and chargers! The backyard had a propane fire pit and plenty of space for the kids to run around and play in the snow. The yard even had it's own little hill for sledding and the garage had plenty of sleds! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. None of us wanted to leave. We will definitely be staying there again next year for our family ski/snow trip. Ice skating and snow park were a quick drive away.

This house was perfect for a little weekend get away in the snow. My family of 5 and our friends had plenty of space to hang out and let our kids play. The Grove of trees served as the perfect play space for my boys. They played in the snow as much as they wanted and loved the little sled the house supplied! The location was also perfect because we were so close to a grocery store and downtown flagstaff. The kitchen was also stocked with all of the tools we needed to cook a few meals. We loved our stay!

Unbelievably fantastic VRBO!!
Our multigenerational family trip (76 year old, 4 forty year olds, 2 teens, and one child) were all extremely impressed with this property. It served as our home base while we traveled to Sedona, Grand Canyon, and eastern AZ....and was the perfect home to return to each night for dinner and a comfortable sleep. This house is spacious, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and centrally located - the owner had thought of EVERY detail, and was extremely easy to work with. If we are every in this area again, we would stay in this VRBO again in a heartbeat!! Thanks for creating the perfect home away from home for all eight of us. It couldn't have been better for our family.

Kate's rental was all we could ever have wanted for our family. The listing was exactly as the house appeared and more. The amenities were more than we expected with toiletries i. The bathrooms that travelers could have forgotten, spices and oils in the well stocked kitchen to doggie bowls, treats and accessories. Even though we didn't have a dog, it was over the top to see it was offered for renters. Also the fure pit and workout room were great for our family.We highly recommend this comfortable house in the pines. Thanks so much Kate.

Love this house!
My family and myself stayed at this property few days and enjoy every second of it. House is in the middle of the forest, equipped with everything you need, very spacious living room with fireplace, large TV , kitchen with a lot’s of space, dishes, bar area with everything ready to make your own drinks. Upstairs rooms very clean and a lot’s of space for everyone. My granddaughter enjoyed bunk beds room with a bunch of toys. There is so much to say but I will let next guest to share more about. Kate was very helpful and answered all our questions before we checked in. FIVE STARS ⭐️ for everything !Love this house and will definitely return soon!

Weekend getaway
My daughter was visiting from Sydney Australia for the first time in 3 years. Also introducing us to her boyfriend. He wanted to see the Grand Canyon. Our other daughter, her husband and their 18 month daughter along with our son were with us. That’s 7 adults and a toddler. More than enough room. Our original plan was to stay Friday see the canyon early Saturday and head back to Phoenix. After entering the home within minutes I said this is a two night home. Impeccably clean and so well equipped. All the little extras! I contacted our host and they were able to accommodate us. I can’t thank Kate enough. We were up early Sunday for the drive back and then to Phoenix sky harbor to say “see you later” to our daughter and her boyfriend. Thank you Kate!!!
